I have two Chihuahuas; A 1 year old named Taco and a 6 week old named Scuttles. Taco was a stray we rescued in our neighborhood about two months ago. He is playful, responsive, and submissive around people, but doesn't seem to get along with other dogs. He isn't violent, but he usually tries to dominate and mount them, and never interacts in a playful way. He is also a constant mounter, and we have him scheduled to be neutered in December. I understood that Chihuahua's usually only get along with other Chihuahua's so I tried introducing Scuttles to him. Again he acts overly dominant and bullying, and not playful at all. Is there anything I can do to encourage appropriate behavior in addition to neutering him? I want both the dogs to be social and comfortable around other dogs.

He never listens to anything we tell him and he always runs and never listens when we say come back and now lately he's been pooping in his crate in the middle of the night and then he laysin it and gets the poop everywhere and even on himself its the most disgusting things and it stinks up the entire house. I just dont think he can be trained.

This question is about: Aggression to a dog or other animal or where the dog is aggressive to the owner or a stranger

We rescued strlla about 3 weeks ago. She is great with our family two adults and two kids (15 and 7 bith boys)and has become more comfy in our home. She gets along with our 7 yr male dog and has adapted to the inground fence wonderfully. As she is a rescue we do not know much about her. We have had three occassions when older men have come over ( friends) and she gets very aggressive. My daughter came over and the first meet went great. We want her to feel safe but also cannot allow her to be aggressive with anyone. Where do we begin with her and curbing this and helping her to feel safe.

Please help me get my dog to stop peeing/pooping in the house! It is truly like he was reverse house trained. He refuses to go to the bathroom outside. After 30-45 minute walks, the first thing he will do in the house is pee in the living room corner. He waits until I am not looking. I adopted him five weeks ago from a loving foster home where he was outside most of each day. I have exhausted all options and I am at my breaking point.
