This question is about: Aggression to a dog or other animal or where the dog is aggressive to the owner or a stranger Recall or not coming when called

My dog has recently begun to have problems with general obedience and it has spawned into aggression. Usually, he will start walking out of my bedroom (he does this late at night to poop by the door, so I try to recall him to take him out the back door) and he darts off. He ends up into my parents bedroom (they always keep their door open) and he starts growling and snapping at me when I try to get him to come back to me. Nothing can phase him and I eventually have to throw a leash around his neck and drag him out of the room.rnrnThere's also been problems with him jumping up n the furniture while we're eating. He recently spilled a plate of food, so now he's no longer allowed on the couch while we're eating. Any other time is fine. Tonight, I brought him back inside from going to the bathroom and I told him to go into his crate. He instead jumped up with my mother and growled at me whenever I told him to get down. I tried to grab him and he snapped at me, so my mother pushed him off the couch. He then ran into his crate to hide from me. I proceeded by locking him into the crate for the night.rnrnWhat he tends to do is hide from me by running into his crate or he'll hide behind my mother for protection. He's been ignoring my commands at night for some reason. He's fine with me all throughout the day, but after dinner he turns into a terror. This started happening about a week ago and he's been fine all these years. He's been to the vet and they don't know why he's behaving the way that he is. I would love to have some advice on what to do. I'm at my wits end. I don't want a dog who is going to be constantly stressed out, let alone biting me. I asked for advice before and someone told me to rehome him, so I'm getting more stressed out because I'm not going to give up on him. This all started happening a week ago and there's been no change in behavior from anyone. Is there a reason why he's doing this that you can possibly understand? He's been favoring my mother a lot and behaves around her, so it makes me think about leaving him with her whenever I move in a year or two. I don't want to do that and I would be devastated, but I can't think of what else to do with his rising aggression towards me.

This question is about: Puppy Management

How do you train a puppy to use wee wee pads in the house? We are trying to take him outside every 2-3 hours so he learns to pee and poop outside but he still pees inside the house sometimes. Do we need to take him outside every 2-3 hours? We want him to be a primarily inside dog.

In the last year my dog has become aggressive with my roommate, who is never mean to him. He sits on the couch, and when she comes in, he bites her. It has come to the point that I dread watching tv anymore. I used to love him being on the couch watching tv, but now he terrifies me because of the biting. After he bites, he goes to my roommate and kisses her and acts like everything is fine....We need help
