We have recently moved to a new home we used to have a big fenced in yard and unfortunately the new one does not have a fence so now Tyson (our 5 year old male pitull mix) gets put on a harness and chain when he goes outside we live in a neighborhood where there are lots of dogs around its a very active neighborhood people are always jogging and walking their dogs our next door neighbors right beside us have 2 dogs as well (and have a fenced in yard thankfully) however Tyson has become aggressive towards our neighbors dogs he has broke through harness and has snapped 2 chains (a big cable type chain) just to get to them and tries to bite them through the fence he has never been aggressive towards another dog like this he may bark usually but that was it he has had no problem before and no problem with the other dogs close to him just these particular 2 I'm unsure what is causing this or how to a correct it if you have any advice or ideas to try I would sincerely appreciate it

Adopted him at 11 weeks from the Humane Society. He had moved from GA to SC and had been fostered for a brief time. He seems to have separation anxiety. When I leave the house (or go upstairs for that matter) he may urinate over a wide area, walking as he does it. Others may be with him at the time. He may even walk over his bed as he does this. Doesn't happen all the time but could be several times per week. He is crate trained for night and when home alone. We have another dog who he gets along with, a 12 year old female lab.

I'm working on transitioning my puppy to go potty outside instead of inside on his pee pads. When we take him outside, we take him to the same spot, but he never goes, and as soon as we come back inside, he goes potty in the hallway. He only succeeded peeing outside twice, and when he did we gave him lots of praise and some treats. However, he still doesn't understand that he has to go outside to do his business. We have been trying this for two weeks now. What should I do?
