This question is about: Destructive chewing that results in destruction of furniture, woodwork etc Jumping up at visitors or the dog jumps up at people on walks Separation Anxiety

I'm writing this for a friend who is about to go into the hospital for a replacement of the socket in his shoulder. He needs someone who can take Gunnar and train him not to jump up, bolt, and chew. The owner's name is Tim; he is 57 years old and except for this shoulder issue is in relatively good health, but needs some recuperation from the surgery or he will have to get rid of the dog. He cannot control this dog but wants to keep him because he really is a sweet dog. Is this something your company can do?

This question is about: Aggression to a dog or other animal or where the dog is aggressive to the owner or a stranger

I recently adopted a blind spaniel mix, Sampson. He is very sweet. However, my old dog, Heathcliff (7 years old) has been snarling and snapping at him. To be fair, it is not his fault, Sampson has been mounting him, and when Heath snaps at him, he leaves, but comes right back. Heath had some behavior issues when I first got him at 5 years of age, with strangers and men especially. He also seems unsure how to socialize with other dogs. I have babysat a chihuahua with him and there was no issue. It has become really stressful and I am worried I will not be able to keep Sampson. Do you have any suggestions, or is it unlikely that this behavior can be fixed?
