Plato is very sweet and gentle and loving except when we walk him. When he sees other dogs he lunges to go and meet them.He loves to run and play in the dog park. rnUntil today he has never tried to attack another dog, but on our walk a dog his size walked by (both dogs leashed.) I had Plato sitting on the side of the path, but he lunged so hard I couldn't hold him (he weights 55 lbs) and he attacked the other dog. The other owner was able to secure him (Plato) and tied his leash to a fence I held on while the other owner and dog walked away. rnrnThen Plato kept struggling until he was able to get out of his harness and run after the other dog. (Where she tied the leash I couldn't reach him to hold onto the harness.) I ran after him calling his name. The other owner yelled at him and he ran back to me. I put his harness back on and we walked back home. He was easy to walk and obedient. rnrnI am at a loss. We love him and want to keep him, but I am now worried about his behavior. He has been to the dog park many times and ran with all the dogs there with no aggressive behavior. I don't know where this behavior came from and am very disturbed.

My dog is about a year and a half old and has just recently in the last few weeks started peeing around the house. We have a doggie door, he knows how to use it, he has been using it for months so I'm not sure what is causing him to pee inside again when he has been potty trained for about a year now. Want to know if there are any tips or tricks to get him to stop doing this! Thank you!

I have had my dog Tyson for about 5 years he has watched both my kids grow up and here within the last month he has become aggressive with both my girls, they are not aggressive with him they just try to hug on him alot. So about 3 weeks ago he bit my youngest in the face not leaving marks or making her bleed so my husband and I looked past it thinking maybe he is just getting old and can't put up with as much but than last night he bit my oldest daughter in the face but this time he left marks he didn't make her bleed but left two long scratches going down her face. I don't know what to do about this I love him and don't want to put him down but I am getting more and more uncomfortable letting them play with him or anything.
