The mouthing problem in my puppy goes on increasing day by day and she bites me hard enough to break my skin tissue. At what age does this nipping stops completely?

Hello, rnrnMy Rottweiler Raven is having some behavioral issues that I want to nip in the butt right away. She is a rescue and has been back to the shelter several times due to these issues. First of all, she only listens when it is one on one attention. She will listen to me when I'm alone with her but not when my husband is around. She also is not house trained. I can tell when she had to go "number 2" because she tends to get very hyper so I will take her outside yet she does nothing. The minute she gets a free second when we get back inside she has already went. Finally, she is not cage broken. She will not go anywhere near the crate. Since she is an adult, is it possible to correct these issues? Granted, I have only had her 3 days but I'm getting quite frustrated.

Hi,rnrnI have a Northern Inuit who is about 7 months old, I got her when she was 4 months old. I have had a very hard time potty training her because the breeder told me she kept the litter outside and they either went outside at random or on newspapers. I live in an apartment on the second floor. I tried crate training her, but it did not work because she would relieve herself in the cage and it was just a mess. I was however able to teach her to go on training pads on the balcony and for a while now, there are no more accidents in the house and she knows to go outside. Problem is, she is getting bigger, buying the pads are expensive and I would like her to go outside. I take her on walks with my boyfriends dog who is potty trained- and nothing. I have stayed outside with her for almost 2 hours- nothing. I tried bringing the pad outside with me- nothing. rnrnFor 2 days now I am back to the crate training method and because she is bigger and I finally found a formula that agrees with her, she no longer relieves herself in the kennel. Problem is I will walk her every 1-2 hours- nothing, so I put her back in the kennel and repeat the process. When I feed and give her water, I keep her on the leash and take her outside immediately because that's when she usually goes. I do not know how she does it but she holds it all day, and finally at night, I feel bad so I let her go as she usually does on the balcony before bed, and she sleeps with us. The past two mornings, she has gone #2 where the kennel is, and I can't help but feel she's trying to tell me something by doing that lol.rnrnMy concern is that I have used the kennel as a form of punishment. If she did something bad, I would rub her nose in it, and then put her in the kennel. So I do not want her to think she has done something bad but I do not know how else to potty train her and I am at an ends here! Do you have any suggestions?
Hello, I do not own a dog; however, I am in the process of looking to welcome a puppy into my home. I was wondering if you have any information about any dog breeders.
