My dog is very reactive to our 2 cockatiels. He is generally not noise sensitive and for a sheltie is very confident. However, he likes to jump at their cage and bark. We have had to install fencing around the cage but it doesn't help. We have tried de-sensitizing by having him sit quietly nearby and giving treats. That works for awhile but once our backs are turned he goes back at them--very forcefully, loud and shakes boththe fence and the cage.

I am unable to house break Belle, she will seem to be trained then suddenly start defecating in the house again. She selects couches, chair and yesterday my bed. What do I need to do to get her house broken? Also, she steals decorative pillows off of furniture and takes them outside and or chews on them. She totally ignores any voice commands if I attempt to call her to come to me. I know, that is so much but I do need some help. Would in-home training be the best avenue?

My husband and I got a bernedoodle puppy last week. We both work 9 hours a day so we leave her in her crate. We have a dog walker that plays with her and takes her outside for 30 minutes 2x a day. We also take turns going home one other time to let her out. This morning right after we went to work, we got a call from the manager at our apt building. He said that someone heard her crying and complained. He said if it happened again we would go to trial with the board of directors for possible eviction. Our other dog cried when he was a puppy for a few weeks and eventually stopped. What do we do?
