I've had Cody since he was 5 weeks old. When I first got him he started having seizures on. I was also in an abusive relationship. Through Cody's illness and me being in a negatives and abusive relationship Cody and I became very close.I've never treated him like a dog.He was more like my child, companion and best friend.I'm serious when I say he's been my shadow and If I'm there you can guarantee he's right there with me. I mean to the point that he goes to the bathroom when I go to the potey or shower with me. I said all that because I want you to understand how important he is to me. I'm in tears as I write this to you. I got out of a 16-year abusive relationship in March. I have recently gotten involved in a relationship with a great man. I live with him and his two sons which are 12 and 14. They also have two small dogs. Cody has big dance show great amount of aggression not only towards Brian and the two boys but he's also started to direct it at myself. It's gotten to the point that he won't even let me bathe him without snapping at me. I can imagine him not being a part of my life. That would be like one of my children leaving or passing away. I'm beside myself and devastated because I know if this aggressive Behavior continues it's going to put me having to make some difficult choices. He hasn't been nudured but I'm setting up an appointment to have that done today. But I know that that's not going to fix everything like a magic wand. I'm an emotional wreck please help me

I have 4 pit bulls. When someone comes into the driveway, whether us or a visitor, the dogs bark. We got Ruby when she was about 8 months old. Whenever the other dogs bark letting us know someone is in the driveway, Ruby nips at the other dogs. I tried spraying her in the face with water and telling her no, but she continues to do this. How can I get her to not "attack" the other dogs when they are barking? All of my dogs are fixed. Two are male and two are female.
