This question is about: Barking at people, dogs, animals, birds or where the dog barks for attention or at the slightest noise Separation Anxiety Toileting

So we got this dog from someone when he was not quite a year old. He knows what things mean when we say it. But won't listen. Barks at everyone ,takes off running after people etc. not a huge deal. The big part is he poops and pees everywhere in the house. And lifts his leg to spits all over. We have tried outside, puppy pads etc. he only uses the puppy pads when he feels like it. And will go to the door to go outside when he thinks he will get a treat. When he does go outside, he runs right to the refrigerator for a treat. He understands the words potty, poop and pee. If we say then he runs to a hiding spot. He is just so disobedient. It is really getting old. I don't know what to do.

This question is about: Pulling on the Lead Other

My dad passed and I took his dog which he had a adopted from the spa. He has scars on him and they think he was used as a bait dog. Whenever he sees other dogs he screams really loud and pulls at leash. Otherwise he loves kids and people and is a sweet dog. Why does he do this and what can I do to help him?
