How do I get my old dog to get along with my new dog!?!!?rnI have a 9yr old super hyper (not neutered/boy) dog, but 3 days ago I got a 2 yr old super calm (neutered/boy) dog, and for the 3 days all my old dog has only cried and wanted to be with him(be in his face, lick ,hump him), while the other dog is becoming more uncomfortable and upset. I ve tried letting them be just with each other, putting my older dog on a leash while the new dog lays close to him, I ve taken them for walk s together. I just feel like nothing is working and now have them separate from each other. The new dog is really sweet and I don t want to take him back but I feel like it s the only option...does anyone have any helpful advise??

This question is about: Aggression to a dog or other animal or where the dog is aggressive to the owner or a stranger

We just rescued Gracie from the North Texas Boston Terrier Rescue group of North Texas. She is showing some signs of aggression. We have had her for 3 weeks. She has lot a tooth and also her right eye so she has a cone on right now. She has tried to bite us several times. They found her dumped at a lake and she was turned over to the rescue group. She has shown signs of improvement but we have another 7 year old male boston who is very sweet and I do not want this to affect him.

Our dog is continually nipping and snapping at my children. I homeschool my kids so I'm here all day and the kids know to never, ever hit or pull the dog's hair etc. They really love their dog, but he stalks them. He nips their clothes, their hands, sometimes he gets their skin. the worst is when he snaps at them. It really looks like stalking. We are at our wits end. We've used air spray, we've shouted "NO", I've put him in time out, someone even told me to spray him with water. I've done that too. He seems more agitated than ever. I'm afraid that we've done all the wrong things and now we're stuck. The kids are now afraid of him. I never expected this behaviour from this breed. I chose him because I thought he would fit well in our family. We do reward this dog with treats and affection when he is good as well.

This question is about: Toileting

Lulu is not potty trained and she went on my carpets. O.O I tried to get the smell out with carpet cleaner and carpet pet odor eliminator. It still smells like urine and I have no clue how to get the smell out before the carpets have to get pulled out. What should I use? How can I potty train her? My mother has banned her from the inside and I'm not sure how to show her that she can be inside but through getting her potty trained and get the smell out.rn Thanks, rnCourtney
