We got Taz when he was about 9 months old. He's a very good dog except for one issue. Our household includes me my mom my dad my fiancee 2 cats and a 9 year old American Rottweiler, Chloe. Taz is fine with everyone. When it comes to correcting him he responds great to everyone. Except 2 times now in the last month he has bared his teeth to me. The first time was when he got into the trash and I took him by the collar to show him that was wrong. He bared his teeth and I let go and verbally scolded him. The second time was just tonight he had pick up a piece of paper off the floor and was chewing on it. In order to get it out of his mouth I took him by the collar so he couldn't get away and he bared his teeth at me again. When I told him it was wrong he bared them again. What do I do?

I trained Lilly and put her training classes. When I was done with the classes and did the training on my own she was better. She didn't bark at the neighbors or anything and listened to every command. I left to go overseas and see family for a month and my boyfriend didn't follow thru with the training. Its back to square one but she only specifically targets a certain neighbor. She isn't aggressive or mean sounding she jumps and runs around barking with her hair slightly up and the moment she quiet down the neighbors yelled and she started up again. Is there anything I can do differently keep this behavior from continuing? She constantly barks at them and it doesn't help that they are showing negative attitudes toward her. Are there any tips to stop this behavior?

how can I get him to go outside and do his duty by himself? If I let him out on the leash then walk back in he will immediately follow me back to the door. He will stay outside only if I stay with him. He also gets distracted by outside noises and smells and seems to forget why he is out there.

So we adopted our dog from the pound. I was wondering if there is a way I can get her to stop jumping on the door when she sees me at the door coming in? Also is there a way to teach her to not pull when I take her for a walk. She is a very high energy dog that will climb the fence if we go on a walk with her left in the backyard. And I have tried to play catch with her but she will only do it about 5 times. She will still have tons of energy but wont play anymore. She has too much energy for me and I work only 2 days a week but I cannot take her on walks because of her pulling and her jumping on my 2 young kids.

Tug has been displaying some aggression. We were recently at a holiday party with lots of people and food. He snarled at a toddler and then lashed out at two older kids that tried to pet him. This week end, he lashed out at another child. He behaves great for me and he never does it to my kids or family.
