This question is about: Recall or not coming when called Other

Hello my name is Tanner and I have a few questions about some of my dog Baxters behavior problems. First is Baxter doesn't like to listen and is very stubborn at times, which means he doesn't come to his name. I've tried the training method of calling his name and giving him a treat and the long leash method also. It works for a short amount of time. rnMy last question, which sorta is linked to my last question is he runs away when he sees something or just feels like it. These two problems are very frustrating and I hope you can help me out. Thank you!rnPS: Baxter knows how to sit, down, stay, leave it, and "look at me"

This question is about: Aggression to a dog or other animal or where the dog is aggressive to the owner or a stranger Barking at people, dogs, animals, birds or where the dog barks for attention or at the slightest noise Recall or not coming when called

Hello. When my dog penny is in the backyard, and my neighbors are trying to do something in theirs, penny will bark and bark and bark at them. When i say come, her ears dont even turn to me, she completely ignores me and it is very frustrating. If there is someone on walking next to the fence behind our backyard, she rull run back and forth along the fence and bark at them. If i try and go and get her, she runs away from me. If i put a leash on her she slips out of the leash by jumping in the opposite direction and goes and barks at anyone, sometimes, shes barking at nothing. Also she has a bit of food aggression. If i try and pick up her food she will growl. If her head is in the trashcan trying to get some food and i try and get her she will growl. If there is food on my bed and her head is on the bead and i try and pull her back she growls. I cant take her on walks because if she sees another dog, she doesnt really bark at them or growl, but she wines and WILL NOT move. If i pull, she slips out her collar and will run away from me. She runs out the house if she has the chance and she doesnt listen to me unless i have food. Please help.
