I recently adopted a new puppy Puka, we have 3 other dogs that are just fine with her but our fourth dog Jasper is acting out toward Puka. Jasper is growling and snapping at Puka and today he jumped at her for the first time and I am worried that this behavior will just keep getting worse if I don't do something about it. What can I do to have all my dogs live peacefully together again?

Our Dog was rescued from a shelter in August of last year and she was 10 Months. She was very submissive to everyone, but she is not a fear biter. We also found out that she is afraid of loud noises and men. We do have her on a med for Anxiety. How can we make it so she isn't afraid of men. She is so different when the guys aren't there. we would love to be able to take her camping with us in the summer.

I have a bed bug detection dog. He came from a certified trainer of this and is very good at his job. When I purchased him I knew he was a timid dog and I didn't mind that because I am going to socialize him everyday. At first he was ok in some places and not in others. When he was timid it was like I had to pull him in the house. After a couple months he seemed to come around no problems getting him to follow me and hunt bugs. Here in the last couple weeks he comes out if the kennel ready to go, get the leash on him he's fine as soon as we go the the door, a car driving by scares him, the wind blowing scares him, voices on the tv scares him. When he's scared he's done will hardly walk just freezes. We have done over 200 inspections and this is all new the freezing thing. Was wondering what I could do to break him of this, figure out how to build confidence in him. Can you help?

We had two Chihuahuas that grew up together. The female passed away 8 months ago and the male, Sammy, was severely depressed. I waited a few months and weighed the fact that Sammy could die because he wasn't eating, drinking, going outside etc. (physically he was fine). We got a MaltiShi when he was 8 weeks old. Walter is 7 months old now and tries to play (very aggressively but just swatting, no biting) with Sammy. Sammy gets into such a "fight or flight" mode and barks high pitched barks while fending off Walter. He runs after Walter then retreats to his kennel and on and on. It is really bad. Sammy is afraid to do anything as a result. HELP!
