Randy met with our family before Dodge arrived and even helped us shop for pet supplies. This was a tremendous help as we felt prepared for our new puppy! Dodge responded very well to training. The hands-on training is the way to go! We all felt less stressed about the responsibility of having a new member in our family. Understanding a dog’s nature is essential. The training was very fun and we found that the techniques absolutely work and make sense. We are first time dog owners and this is an investment that is definitely worth the money. We want a healthy well behaved dog and Randy and Linda are playing a huge role in making that happen. It’s so wonderful to know that help is just a phone call away!

Linda modeled the exercises well and gracefully directed us to lead and redirect Mocha in the appropriate way. Mocha responded well. She was well behaved and very receptive to training. The techniques are so practical; we can do the exercises wherever we are, but it was great training at home. We were given things we can work on with our dog daily…which is exactly what we wanted.
