Betsy and Kathy both clearly explained how my dog reacts to my behavior. After the first session, there was an amazing difference with my dog in his behavior & countenance and made a more relaxing household!! I was extremely please and had lots of fun with the training. I would recommend Bark Busters to everyone who has dogs or who is interested in dogs. I've had 2 trainers here prior to Bark Busters. #1 wanted to put dog down and #2 was somewhat effective, minor improvement. We observed noticeable results by the end of the training!! It felt like the television show "The Super Nanny" where the professionals come in and assess the situation and teach you methods for gaining control, assign homework and leave things in better shape than when they arrived. Betsy and Kathy explained the training techniques very nicely. It was practical and was common sense. They were such nice ladies. There was immediately some noticeable results and they also explained to me that it is a 5-week training program & it is up to me to be the leader. It is my responsibility. Betsy and Kathy were very enthusiastic and the training was very clear and they demonstrated the techniques very well. We had great results the first day and Moosie was like a different dog. The physical techniques we used before Bark Busters did not work, but the Bark Busters all natural techniques worked miracles. It was really interesting and we had a lot of fun learning. We were at our wits when we called Bark Busters, but the Bark Buster methods worked for us immediately. We are very happy with the results and Moosie is a much nicer dog now that we have taken charge. The red buster cube is a great toy too!!!

Kathy and Betsy explained the training techniques in a a way that was very easy to understand. Our dog Kuma was better behaved at the end of our first session. Both Betsy and Kathy explained everything very well and answered all of my questions.
