Dick was a pleasure to work with. We are excited and looking forward to learning as much as we can so we can take control back in our house. |

Dick Norton is very professional and easy to understand. The Bark Buster program was informative and was successful in training my dog. |

Dick was great. The immediate change in Coquito was amazing. Others could benefit from this! |

Dick was here for 3 hours and the time flew by! Dick was great! It was so much fun learning how to communicate with Kassie. I was shocked at how well Kassie responded to the session. She was doing things by the end of the session that I never thought she would do. I no longer get frustrated when Kassie barks or pulls on the leash. I know what I need to do to correct her. It has been less than a week but I feel that both Kassie and I understand what is expected of each other now. The techniques were wonderful and they were easy to understand and carry out. Being a veterinary technician, I get asked all the time if I know a good trainer. Now I have an answer for them and I know they will be pleased with the results. |

Dick is very nice. His techniques are easy to follow. I am already seeing results in just one day. It's effective!! |

I learned a lot about the nature and behavior of dogs from the training session. The presentation with the different dog and human behaviors was clear and informative. Our therapist Dick was also very clear and informative. One of our problems was biting and by the end of the training the dog's tendency to bite had significantly lowered. Our therapist, Dick, was very helpful and we benefited more than I think we would have from a group class with no individual training. |

It has been only a few days since our initial session and we already see a difference. I wish I could have Dick move in and train our dog! |

Dick's instruction was very clear and thorough. Method is straightforward and easier to remember. |

We have 4 dogs: 2 toy poodles (easy to train), a cairn terrier (out of control) and a chihuahua (spawn of Satan). By the end of the session, ALL dogs were trained to cease barking on command (a real problem), trained to respect boundaries, i.e., staying out of room while we were eating and the chihuahua responded well to not sleeping in our bed when we followed Dick's suggestion of crating her by the bed. Three days later, everything is still GOOD! Thank you, Dick! |

Lola is doing well. We work with her every day and the bad behavior is getting better. We are very pleased we contacted you. She still has her moments of extreme excitement when people come to visit but she is definitely improving with each week. She's even started to listen to Michelle. We could not be happier with you service. |
