The trainer explained the training techniques and said them several times to be sure I understood. Yes! I observed noticeable results by the end of the training. I couldn't believe my dog actually lay down! Yes! I was very pleased with the natural technique. I was very interested in why certain thinks were done certain ways and Mr. Silva explained why to me. I would recommend Bark Busters to my friends and neighbors. Mr. Silva was very patient with me.

Luis took his time going over the presentation, always asking if I understood and answering any questions I had. Bella always jumped on anyone that came in the house -- especially on our 2-year-old grandson. She did not jump on my husband when he came home. Walking her on the leash remains a challenge for me...she is so strong. When I heard of the technique of using the word BAH or growling I wasn't sure I could do it, but it is working. Luis made me feel at ease and it was interesting to see Bella respond to my Bah's!!! Would I recommend Bark Busters to my friends and neighbors? Most definitely! You can tell by the way Luis interacts with the dog that he loves what he's doing - that makes it easier on you and your pet.

The therapist did a great job explaining and showing the techniques so I was prepared for what to do and what to look for. By the end of the training Lilly seemed more passive and looking to me for instructions, this continue all day. Yes, I was pleased with the natural training techniques, it is all positive reinforcement and no need for treats. Listening to the therapist was enjoyable, and watching the dog reaction to his commands was very interesting. I hope it works as well as it seems like it will. I will probably determine the results more than anyone else, so we will see. It seems simple, I hope I can stay dedicated to it and get a lot out of it. Luis was very thorough by first showing, then having me apply the training techniques myself. Even when I applied the techniques, I saw a difference.
