Lisa is truly one of a kind. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about all different dog issues. My two rescue dogs had a variety of different problems. Lisa had different solutions to improve the daily routine and life of my family. With patience, consistency, and the support of Lisa my dogs have made substantial progress. They still have a long way to go, but with the support of Bark Busters I have no doubt they will be well-behaved dogs in the near future. |

I am truly amazed at the change in my puppy! My St. Bernard, Charlie, was 8 months old, 110 lbs., when I called Bark Busters. Although sweet and adorable, Charlie was pushy and out of control on the leash, and would only get worse the bigger he grew. After only one session with Lisa, my whole approach to training was changed, and I saw almost an instant change in Charlie's attention and obedience! It was truly amazing! Now, at 11 months old, and 135 lbs., I no longer worry about handling Charlie in different situations. I feel more in control and Charlie has a better relationship with the whole family! Lisa has a very likeable personality and comes across very clear. We were really impressed! She taught us very calmly, clearly, and was patient with us until we got it right. They are 95% improved. Our friends and relatives that visit cannot believe the difference in our pack of Jack Russells. They are behaved and stopped yapping at and jumping on our visitors, they come when called, and best of all, Bailey and Rowdy stopped fighting. Our home is at peace and we have the trust that they can live in harmony once again. They also started to run and play together. That came to an abrupt stop when they started fighting. Thank you for teaching us how to be the leader! We all live very peacefully and happily now. Lisa Coleman has been a godsend teaching us the Bark Buster way!! P.S. Walks are a pleasure, and no one asks who is walking who! |

I was amazed in the transformation of my son's black Lab, Chloe, after just a few lessons with Lisa. My son works full time and I'm retired, so I take care of Chloe during day. It was unbelievable. Even my husband couldn't believe how Chloe changed. Most of it was our own fault. Lisa educated and trained us to be in charge. In a very short time I could get rid of the "gentle leader" I used to walk Chloe as she would pull and pull and pull! She learned and responded to "heel" very well and we now have pleasant walks! She now sits and stays until she is released no matter where she is. She is now a year old and she stays within her boundary while outside with us. She no longer runs away. And the list goes on and on. We thank Lisa for all she has done for us and Chloe so far, and we look forward to each lesson. We are very happy with Chloe's progress. |

We contacted Bark Busters after taking our Boston Terrier puppy to a traditional trainer. Our dog was more interested in sniffing her surroundings. Lisa came to our house several times and interacted with the entire family, not just our puppy. She taught us how to get the behavioral results we wanted in a short period of time. We now have a well-mannered, one year dog who is a wonderful addition to our family. Thanks Lisa! |

I was amazed! It was almost unbelievable. If you look at the picture in your brochure of the dog with his mouth open and showing all of his teeth...well, that's how Zodiac greeted visitors who came to our home. With this training, I've learned how to effectively communicate and control Zodiac. I had a metal-pronged choke collar, which he has not worn since the first visit. I don't feel the need to use the old pronged collar. And I feel a whole lot better about that. ~ With Zodiac and his aggression, I wasn't even able to consider taking him to a group training class. I did consider sending him away for training, but I was still concerned about how he would learn to listen to me if I wasn't participating in the training exercises. I am very glad that I found and chose Bark Busters. I am confident that with this training Zodiac and I will be able to have a good and proper owner/dog relationship. ~ I look forward to continuing this training experience. If I don't seem to "get it" she nicely explains it again or in a different way so I understand. She also makes me feel comfortable asking questions. |

We contacted Lisa in desperate need of help for our newly adopted, 1 year old pit bull. She was having “issues” with our other dog. Lisa willingly came into our home to help us become “pack leader” of not just Nala (pit bull), but our other dog Moose as well! Lisa educated and trained us to be in charge! She helped Nala become less insecure in her new home and friendlier towards Moose. The simple, yet powerful exercises that we were taught will work for a lifetime in our home! Lisa is also very open, honest, and to the point of the “issue.” She didn't talk about what needed to be fixed, but showed us how to fix it! I highly recommend Lisa and her training abilities (human and dog training). She is easy to contact and quickly responds to both email and phone messages. Thanks, Lisa. You are a blessing! |

Lisa Coleman (of Bark Busters) saved our family $3,000 and our dog's teeth...and we couldn't be more grateful! Our 7-year-old Yorkshire terrier had always been extremely aggressive. He attacked anyone he didn't know, and would bite us until we bled if we were holding him back from biting someone else. The final straw was when he bit our 3 year old. I immediately took him to the vet's office to have him put to sleep. The vet gave me two options...put him to sleep or surgically remove all of his teeth except his molars. As horrible as the surgery sounded, I couldn't stand to kill my dog if there was another option. So, I scheduled a date the following week for his $3,000 surgery. Two days before the surgery, I decided to contact Bark Busters to see if anyone could help. I had very little hope that training my dog was going to work. And then Lisa Coleman came to our house and had him behaving in 2 HOURS! We continued the training that she taught us and within the first week we had a happy, obedient, non-aggressive dog! All of a sudden he was playing with toys (which he hadn't done in years), not barking at people who passed by, and learning to sit and stay. Now he's learning to walk outside without a leash, while other people are around. We never thought that that would be a possibility. So, thank you, Lisa, for making our dog and our family so much happier! |

Very straightforward and to the point. Our dogs were very responsive. This should be the only dog training service out there. We learned a lot about ourselves as owners as well as our dogs! |
