Robin and Steve explained the training techniques that were easy to follow and understand. Even my ten-year-old understood. Jigsaw was walking on the lead much better. I thought the "Bah" was strange at first, but it really does get the dog's attention. Steve was very patient with us. Jigsaw and I are working on the passive dominance all the time. I read the training exercises and find it helpful.

Robin and Steve answered all of my questions thoroughly. Angel responded to "Bah" immediately. The techniques were great. Steve & Robin are great and a great team. The techniques really do work, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to every dog owner I know.
