Jodi is very calm and explained everything in a clean and understanding way. It was nice when Gilbert responded to me. With Gilbert, his separation anxiety will be ongoing, but we were able to quiet him down using the techniques Jodi showed me. The methods are not aggressive or hurtful and Gilbert actually seems to enjoy our leadership exercises. If you feel helpless with regards to your dog’s behavior -- call Bark Busters -- they will help you and your dog enjoy a more balanced and rewarding life together. Jodi is really great with us and our dogs. I would recommend her to anyone! I've always used the clicker training method in the past but often found it difficult to coordinate using it and always having it on me. The training was clearly explained and if I didn't understand, Jodi would go over it with me. When I took Basil out, after his session, we passed a stranger and he went to bark and I corrected and he stopped right away. He now walks with me, not ahead, and my arm isn't tired. What a nice walk we have. I really got the hang of how to be a better leader of the pack. It is simple and effective. I would only use Bark Busters. The trainer is so nice and wants to teach you how to communicate with your dog and will go out of her way for you.
