The training techniques were very clear and concise and easy to administer. By training end, barking was much less and the dogs becoming more relaxed. Each day I'm doing better as are the dogs. Some days are better than others, but in the right direction. Training is also challenging, very interesting working with two dogs, but I'm encouraged! Karen is very encouraging with our progress which helps me, I do find progress is moving along at a good pace. |

The training helped me understand the perspective of the dog a bit better. In addition, me and my husband know that we need to become the pack leaders. At the beginning of the session our dog was barking at us for attention, but by the end of the lesson she was laying peacefully in her bed. It is very helpful to have the trainers come to our house to observe and work with us in Callie's natural setting. I would recommend Bark Busters to my friends and neighbors! |

Karen showed us the techniques repeatedly until we felt we understood what to do. Hawkeye seemed to catch on. He relates very well to Karen. It's nice not to use treats all the time and we were never in favor of using force. Karen is very personable and takes the time to listen to us. She is very positive and gives good feedback. It really is a good tool for us to understand how to interact with our dog to get good results! |

The flip chart was very helpful. Kelly no longer pulls on the leash! She is learning stay very well. I'm glad that it is not a treat based method or a forceful method. I enjoy going over Kelly's progress and mapping out how we will address other issues. I am always at the pet store or shelter talking about what a great method Bark Busters is! |

Alan was happy to go over each step as many times as necessary to make sure I was getting it right. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly Sam responded. I was completely satisfied with the all natural training. Loving firmness is emphasized. Both Sam and I have fun learning! I would definitely recommend Bark Busters to my friends and family! The trainer explained everything first, then showed us and guided us through it the first time. He also continually supports our training. I am a few months into training with my dog Winston and everyone can notice how much more well behaved he is. I was very pleased Bark Busters did not use treats to help train my dog. I was also very surprised he responded so well to the natural training. I enjoy seeing Winston continue to improve and respond to the training techniques. I have already recommended Bark Busters to friends and family! I am very happy Bark Busters was willing to help with Winston's behavioral problems. Before Alan's help I had considered putting Winston back up for adoption, now I am so glad he is still with me! |

Karen and Alan made an excellent presentation. Both have great personalities. They make it fun and we learned a lot. We have dropped the Bark Busters name many times. We tried other methods. This is the one! |

Great visual guides, clear sequence of learning. I am now able to get my dog's attention and re-direct him to the wanted behavior. I have tried negative reinforcement which was a disaster. I have tried trainers who use a lot of treats and we did not get the results. Bark Busters has been very good about tailoring the training to our specific needs and schedule. I look forward to our training sessions with Alan. |
