BUSTER’S SECRET uses advanced bio-remediation to break down and eliminate organic substances that cause pet stains and odors through the use of non-pathogenic (not disease carrying), natural bacteria and enzymes.
As soon as BUSTER’S SECRET comes into contact with the urine, it will start to work. The volume of urine and how deeply it has permeated a fabric or material will affect the speed of results.
This is not a masking product; BUSTER’S SECRET actually consumes the source of the odor or stain. When applied correctly, it is permanent. If the odor or stain returns in the same location, re-apply more liberally and repeat the process.
Urine is highly acidic. Left untouched, it will damage property and corrode material and infrastructure, so act promptly.
No, sanitizing is the process of killing bacteria or harmful viruses. If required, the two processes should be completed separately.
No, it is a cleaning product for household use.
No, BUSTER’S SECRET is not designed to use within a carpet shampooer as it will be diluted.

New Odors and Stains:
1) Always use this product first; other cleaners and detergents may fail and may chemically ''set'' stains that will then be impossible to remove.
2) Before using, test surfaces to be treated for colorfastness by applying to a hidden area; wipe with a cloth. If color is removed from the test area, do not use this product on those surfaces.
3) Always use this product full strength. Do not dilute!
4) Soak or wipe up all excess odor-causing substance with dry paper towel.
5) Shake well.
6) (a) For carpets, upholstery or other similar porous materials, thoroughly spray the area until it becomes heavily saturated with BUSTER’S SECRET. Apply enough to reach urine penetration. Allow to air dry naturally. Some stains and odors may require additional treatments. Once odor and stain have been completely eliminated, rinse treated area sparingly to remove any residues. Failure to rinse carpets will cause dirt to attract to the area and will cause spotting on the carpet. Pinpoint odor source and repeat cleaning process.
(b) For hard materials such as wood, marble, tile, grout, spray a light amount on the area and allow it to be absorbed. Once the treated area has dried naturally, wipe the area with a damp cloth to remove any residue from the cleaning process.
Old Odors and Stains:
The process is the same as above but will require a number of applications until the stains disappear. Carpets and wood floor should be treated, then covered with plastic wrap to keep the area as moist as possible. Remember that bacteria love warm, damp areas, so the more we can help them, the faster and better the results.
Tile marking in grout or flooring requires less volume of BUSTER’S SECRET but may take several applications to allow BUSTER’S SECRET to be drawn down into the porous material.
