What better job could there be than this one? There is nothing better than getting up every morning knowing that I can spend my day helping families and their dogs live in harmony.

After teaching for 24 years and loving it, I began telling my friends and colleagues at school that I was ready to begin my other “dream career.” I had always dreamed of someday working with dogs. I began looking at opportunities and my lucky day came when I accidentally ran into a Bark Busters trainer, Bob Williams, at a home and garden show. I decided to hire him to come and work with my two Cocker Spaniels, Abby and Bailey.

There was barking, jumping, pulling on the leash and some sibling rivalry going on. I must say that Bob’s 2 ½-hour visit was truly amazing. My dog Bailey -- who had been dragging me down the street for three years -- was walking calmly by my side that very evening. And the good news--she still walks by my side today.

Life at my house is much calmer now. After seeing the training in action, I was a believer in the Bark Buster system.
