Welcome to Bark Busters where we provide in home, personalized training, for you and your dog.

I am glad you are doing your research, as it is important to feel comfortable with your trainer, as well as the training methods used with your family friend.

As a Bark Busters behavioral therapist and trainer, I will work with you individually to solve the issues that are affecting you in your home. With training a puppy, I will work with you to achieve basic obedience, as well as teach you how to prevent problem issues from occurring such as stealing, biting or barking. In regards to adult dogs, I will work with any age dog, any breed, and any problem. I find that 95 percent of the dogs I work with respond significantly in one visit. The amount of visits varies as to how well the owner and dog respond.

Bark Busters' methods teach you how to communicate with your dog on a level it can understand. Our ultimate goal is for you to have voice control with your dog. I too searched for the right methods for my dogs. Treat training, clicker training and other types of training are not always effective over a long span of time because they teach the dog to behave for the exercise only, not developing a consistent behavior. Teaching your dog to sit for you is wonderful, but does not help you educate your dog on appropriate social behaviors at the front door.
