Welcome to Bark Busters Santa Clarita!
Hello, my name is Scott. I am the Bark Buster for the Santa Clarita and Northern San Fernando Valleys.
By now, you have decided your doggie needs some help and that group obedience classes just aren’t the ticket. Well, you are right. You see, most people who take their dog into an obedience class are looking to fix some behavior issues: jumping up, pulling on the leash, barking incessantly, escaping, digging and separation issues. Unfortunately, these issues are not addressed in that type of environment.
Teaching your dog to sit won’t tell him or her that you are a good pack leader. And although he might respond to some commands, the behavior issues still exist.
Did you know that your dog probably doesn’t realize he’s misbehaving, or understand how frustrated you are with his actions? Often, a poorly behaving dog is doing his very best to fulfill his responsibilities as he understands them.

For almost 20 years, Bark Busters Home Dog Training has been successfully training dog owners in pack leadership through canine communication: a simple yet very powerful system of communication that just about anyone can master.
Never harsh, our techniques are simple and effective and, no, we DO NOT use shock collars.
No treats, either. After all, the leader of a pack does not need to treat a pack member with a “cookie” to get him to behave, right?
No “alpha rolling.” Like I said before, we are never harsh with your dog. I’ll leave alpha rolling for the TV dog trainers.
A balanced system that works almost immediately because your doggie already knows pack law . . . and I will show it to you.
I have been a resident of Santa Clarita for almost 25 years, and I have had dogs all my life. I have owned a few different business in our community since 1991. After investigating Bark Busters, I thought this would be an excellent opportunity to help out my fellow towns people with their doggies and have a great time as well.
