Doug and Cindi Rountree

Doug Rountree is a graduate of the Bark Busters Home Dog Training program and the Advanced Training program. He is also an associate member of the International Association of Pet Care Professionals (IACP), and is a certified evaluator for the AKC Canine Good Citizen program. Doug also serves as one of the charter members of the Bark Busters Dog Safety Program, which provides professional dog safety seminars to company employees who encounter dogs in their line of work.

From a business perspective, Bark Busters is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau.  Doug also serves as an active member of Bark Busters’ Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) to ensure that the Louisville business is utilizing the latest training techniques while maintaining the highest business standards set forth by the organization.

Since opening business in Louisville, KY in July 2006, Doug has trained over 900 dogs, ranging in all sizes, breeds, and temperaments.  The training sessions covered issues/problems such as (but not limited to):

• Basic puppy training
• Dog/human aggression
• Barking
• Sibling rivalry
• Cat chasing
• Pulling/lunging on the leash
• Constant demanding attention from their owners
