Steve and Robin were very thorough, and they took the time to get everything across to us, including our 7-year-old granddaughter. Steve and Robin functioned as a team providing a clear and understandable version of the training techniques for our 3 dogs. We saw noticeable results, particularly with our shelties. We are also more aware of why we were having difficulties with our dogs listening to us. The training is very natural, and Robin and Steve were gentle with our dogs. They showed us with consistency, our dogs will listen. We do not have to yell or tug at them to get them to obey.
