Whether your dog is having severe behavioral problems or just needs to learn manners, Bark Busters training system will work for you quickly and easily. As a Bark Busters therapist, I will teach you the same system of communication that one dog uses to train another.
Bark Busters assesses each situation and custom tailors our training not only to address the issues important to our clients, but also to the temperament and needs of our clients' dogs.
Look at me as your lifelong coach. I will be training YOU to train your dog. This will ensure that YOU -- not me -- are earning your dog’s respect. All this needs is a personal commitment of 15 minutes a day for 5 weeks. If you are consistent, the behavioral changes will be permanent. About me:
I live in Thomasville with my husband, Trey, and our children, Austin and Michaela. In addition to our dogs, we have a geriatric cat and four horses. After working for several years in investments, I am thrilled to find a rewarding career working with dogs and their owners.
I am a graduate of both the Bark Busters Home Dog Training program and the Advanced Training program, an associate member of the International Association of Canine Professionals and a board member of the Thomasville-Thomas County Humane Society. Bark Busters is recommended by local veterinarians and rescue groups including the Thomasville-Thomas County Humane Society and the Gadsden County Humane Society.

Does Bark Busters have a program for children ..... and husbands?!! Our 11-month-old German Shepherd puppy, Shadow, had gotten out of control. The combination of her size (100 lbs), her energy, and German Shepherd strength, had begun to present serious problems in our home and for our family. She had ceased obeying my commands and although she was not vicious or aggressive, an 100-lb disobedient puppy is not a joy to live with. At our first Bark Busters session with Leigh Ann, I was truly amazed. Not only did Leigh Ann put me at ease right away by showing me techniques that worked almost immediately, but she also has an obvious connection with animals that instantly put Shadow at ease. She explained the training techniques in a way that made them easy to follow. She also explained the rationale behind each technique which made it easy for me to understand the program as a whole, not just as unrelated, individual exercises. After only three days of working on the exercises for a few minutes each day and consistently employing the concept and techniques, I felt like I had a new dog! After six days she is now EXTREMELY obedient and very well behaved. Interestingly, she actually seems happier too. I am so excited and now genuinely confident that as I continue to practice and use the techniques I have learned I will soon be able to control her in any situation. Today when we went for our walk I noticed that she was no longer pulling or straining on the leash; she did not challenge any other dogs, and she stayed right by my side. No more aching arms from desperately working to keep her under control. The techniques really work! The Bark Busters program is amazing and Leigh Ann is an excellent teacher/trainer. I am delighted with the results I am seeing and I know that Leigh Ann has the training and experience to help me work through any problems that I might encounter. P.S.
