Why does my dog attack other dogs while he's on a leash but not while he's off leash, and how do I stop it?

We got fin who is 4months old. We have a small dog, Miki who is 14 years. Miki has always had her food in a bowl and she grazes all day long. Fin is fed 2 x a day. We now cannot keep Miki's food on the floor for her to graze because fin will eat her food. We tried putting Miki's food in my room and Putting her in there to eat but found she just won't eat as much as normal. And sometimes not at all. We are gone during the day and I can't leave Miki in my room all day just to make sure she eats. If we can't fix this problem we will have to give the puppy away. rnWe had Fin go to a friends for a couple days. Miki ate almost 2 bowls of food in two days! She will normally go through 1 bowl in 4 days (maybe). This is when I realized she had been starving and was so hungry. Please help.

This question is about: Hyperactivity

My Dog Hana obsessively spins, chasing her tail. She will spin herself into exhaustion, and she severely dehydrates herself. We've tried just about everything we can think of to stop her from spinning. She now understands that she isn't supposed to spin, she stops when we enter the room, but she continues to spin in her crate, even if we don't leave her for long. When she spins, she bites her tail bloody and her slobber rusts her crate. We've tried anxiety medication, taking her to the dog park everyday, giving her a bone or a frozen kong with peanut butter, but nothing seems to work.rnrnFor a long time, she spent the time we weren't home outdoors, so she got plenty of fresh air and time to play with her brother ( a coonhound) but all she did was spin so much she tore up an entire yard worth of grass. My family is very concerned for her as nothing we've tried has worked. This can't be healthy for her, and frankly we're tired of buying new crates because once they get too rusty, we're afraid she'll cut up her paws. If there's anything you can think of that can help her, it would be greatly appreciated.rnrn-Rita

No matter what I do my puppy wants to bite. He does not want the toys he wants to bite people. It is not a nipping bite he is actually trying to aggressively bite while growling and barking. (not in a playful way)

This question is about: Puppy Management Toileting

So i got this puppy from a friend, they did a terrible job of taking care of her and left her in her crate for hours and hours at a time, even when they were home (terrible owners) so the puppy got used to pooping and pottying in her crate. When im home i take her out and she does really good, and i praise her and give her a treat after every time, however i work overnight and my roomate takes her potty in the morning, she wont potty or poop without me there and then after he goes to work she pottys in her crate.. There is about a 2 hour difference from when he leaves til when i get home. Any tips on what i should do to correct the crate situation? Thank you!
