I have a 2 year old rescue Lab mix. We got her when she was 4 months old and she has been amazing at training. The only thing I can't fix is her issue in car. She whines, pants and bounces from front to back. She sometimes shakes as well. Is this an anxiety issue or car sickness? I love taking her everywhere with me but I can't seem to break this. Help!!!

A little background--Tucker is a 2.5 year old Rat Terrier Mix rescue dog that we adopted a little over 1 week ago. It appears he has had little to no prior training; we have enrolled him in basic obedience class to start.rnMy question is more of a situation that I am looking for advice--Tucker kind of alerts when he needs to go and reacts excitedly when asked if he needs to potty; however, it is almost as if he forgets he needs to go when we go outside or he gets very distracted by smells and/or cars. An example, over 25-30 minutes tonight, he alerts and we took him out (no go), once inside he alerts a few minutes later and we took him outside (no go), once inside he alerts within a few minutes and is really sniffing around so we take him outside and spent close to 10 minutes outside before he finally went. During those 10 minutes he just stood or kept trying to go back by the door to go inside, but did have to go and did go.rnAny advice or insight into this? We would greatly appreciate it!rnrnPhil & Rachel

My dog likes my husband more than me. I don't understand why, he completely ignores the poor thing. I'm the only one who feeds him and lets him outside to go potty or to take a walk. I never really noticed it until today. My husband and I got in a huge fight and my dog was barking at me and almost attacked me! Once the fight was over and we all cooled down, we did a test... my husband pretended to come at me and yell at me and my dog hardly cared. When we first got him about 3 years ago, my husband was the one who initially trained him, but he doesn't pay ANY attention to him anymore... he doesn't even acknowledge the dog if he comes up and wants to be pet. My dog actually doesn't even try to get my husband's attention anymore.

When i first got my puppy (Harbor) my main goal was to get him well socialized so he would like people. Harbor loved people to the point he wanted to greet every person we walked past. This ended when i had to take him to the emergency vet for a bladder issue. Since then if i hold Harbor and someone goes to pet him, he will growl and snip at them. It has gotten to the point that if he is on the ground and someone goes to grab him he will snip. I feel like the vet really did a number on him. He will be getting fixed in a month so i'm not sure if that has something to do with it. I have absolutely no idea what to do, please help.

He marks constantly. I just bought a brand new house and he is marking already. I never catch him. I bought him a crate so when I am not home, he is in there. The way his body is shaped, diapers and belly bands fall off. I am at my wits end. I do not want my house smelling like pee. rnPlease help. rnTerri
