My dog Lucky is both disobedient and obedient. Sometimes I can get him to sit but never when he is excited. He pees a lot when inside the house even though we let him out for like half of the day. Whenever he sees another dog he barks like crazy and it's hard to calm him down. I know it's hard to train a dog after he passes puppy stage. I've had him ever since he was born so he is very familiar with me but I never got around to training him. Do you have any tips and tricks to train him into being more obidient.?

At the dog park, two or more dogs would be “fighting” so my dog would leave my side, insert himself in the fight, bark at the two dogs, and the fight would end. I’m wondering why he does that and why the other dogs respond so well to his method.

Please Help! rnrnWhen I have company or when strangers come and knock on my door, when they leave my dogs chase them and nip at their legs! Please help me to fix this! I don’t want to have to get rid of them but I’m at my end. They aren’t used to a lot of people could that be the problem?

We recently got Zelda a few weeks ago and brought her home to our other dog who is a female and is 3 and a half. And they have been playing a lot and getting along fine. Until last night when zelda was eating. Emma walked by and we didnt quite see what happened but they began fighting. After an hour of separating them we try to get them to be around each other again. And zelda bit emma and left a pretty deep cut on her face. We ended up sending emma to a friends house and kept zelda in her crate. We are really not sure where to go from here. We are being advised to take zelda back to the pound. But we do not want to give up on her yet. Emma has shown signs of aggression towards other dogs before. Especially snarling and snapping. Zelda has not shown any signs of aggression until last night.

My dog continuously asks to go outside(which in our house is our code for having to go to the bathroom)rnBut most times she asks to go out she just plays outside,so we call her back inside.rnWithin 3 minutes she asks to go outside and it happens all over again, and again she doesn't go.rnSo this is very frusturating to us because not only is it confusing between when she has to really go the bathroom and when she's just 'faking' to get outside..but a lot of the time because we don't know the difference shell go to the bathroom in the house.rnrnHopefully I explained this well enough and maybe this will start us toward a solution.
