Fred in the past has gone on the paper we put down scented with wee wee spray. Now for the last year, he has marked other places in the home. How do I correct this practice if I can catch him in the act?

How can i train my 7 year old lab not to pull out of her collar and walk on a leash. She isn't leash trained and she's a runner. If and when we have to take her to the vet we have to carry her to and from the car cause we afraid she's pull out of her collar and run, which she's done. Even ran across a 4 lane road with heavy traffic. And if I'm not available to take her to the vet my Dad would and he's got a bad shoulder so carrying her is gone have to stop. When she was younger we tried taking out in the front yard and she got out of her collar and that's how we found out she's a runner. After several stressful failured attempts at walking her, she's terrified of the leash. If she would somehow get out I don't know how we could stop her. When she had gotten loose she wouldn't come or listen and we had to end up cornering her. I'm afraid that if I do somehow get her to wearing a leash and even obeying me in our backyard I'm afraid that once I take her to the front yard she could pull out of her leash and run. She's never been around other dogs and since she's not leash trained taking her to an obedience class is out of the questioned. She's not my first dog and my other dog had no problems on a leash. Is it possible to train her? rnrnI had to include my phone number but PLEASE no phone calls thank you

To whom it may concern, rnrnGood afternoon I have a few questions and concerns about my dog. I have a 4 year old male Basenji. Just recently in the past week he has been viciously growling at my older daughter (17). He already has bitten her on the hand. Every time she walk up to him he starts to growls badly and wants to attack her. He isn’t this way with any of us but her. In our house hold we are a total of 4 and one on the way. My wife is pregnant. I am the only male in the house. I have no idea why he is acting this way only towards her. Please help!
