Personalized dog training I train dogs of all ages and breeds, including puppies! No "one size fits all" for dog training or puppy training. I will work with you to personalize a plan for you and your family based on your goals and your dog’s needs.

Dog-friendly training methods. Our training is humane and produces lifetime results. I do not use choke collars, shock collars, prong collars, or clickers. And, while dog treats are fun, they shouldn’t be a constant aspect of training, but a ‘treat’.

Effective dog training methods. Our first lesson runs approximately two - three hours, with any lingering issues addressed in follow-up sessions. You'll be amazed at the difference in your dog's behavior after one lesson!

Communication is key. I will teach you a method of communication that your dog understands based on body language, and natural dog instincts. Learn how to use your voice tones and your body language to better communicate with you dog. In turn, your dog will learn to focus on you, and respond to your directions. By reinforcing our training techniques 10-15 minutes a day, you will build a relationship with you dog based on mutual love, trust, and respect.

Jeff was immediately accepted by my two dogs, good sign. He was very patient with me and my family and definitely with the dogs. He took his time teaching us and the dogs the training program utilizing lots of repetition. With one dog aggressive towards the other, we had a lot of anxiety in our house. I would highly recommend Jeff. He was exceptionally great at sharing the training methodology in a fun and very informative way. Our dog Shadow is a rescue who has had issues with other dogs on walks. We contacted and retained Bark Busters. Devin came out and helped us understand the special needs of rescue dogs. On Devin's first visit, we walked with Shadow and a robotic dog. He showed us how to handle Shadow better when walking by other dogs. Devin has subsequently come back out as a follow-up with Shadow, incorporating some new goals. Since the two sessions, Shadow has been much better behaved around other dogs on our walks. We're planning on another session in the near future. All of the sessions are included in the one lifetime fee. We've been very pleased with the results so far. Thank you Devin and Bark Busters!

The trainer Devin Wilson had us sold after 40 minutes into the session. He is very informative and knowledgeable and although he hasn’t been doing this for many years, he shows great knowledge about the training. The training session was a perfect experience. He exceeded my family and my expectations. Our trainer Jeff showed respect to us as well as our German Shepherd. He listened to all of our needs, provided very effective solutions and was very attentive. Jeff was positive, funny, and helpful throughout the entirety of the training session. Our dog also demonstrated really fast and notable improvement on her first training session. My current situation did not allow for the environment that she needed due to an upstairs apartment and no backyard. She needed and deserved a home where she has better access to develop into the dog she was born to be. She had a difficult time a accepting strangers, but not Jeff. He was available on text and phone calls as needed, or got back to me in timely manner.
