Our dog's issues were directly addressed, and we saw notable progress within the session.
More than that we now have a program and a plan to give our family peace.
Karina was amazing! We saw immediate improvements in Jack and Belle's behavior. The techniques she showed us were very enlightening and easy to follow. We look forward to enjoying our rescue dogs more than we thought possible!
Karina was really great with Bossa and taught me how to be a leader and have Bossa respect me. I have a very confident, leash reactive/aggressive small dog. Karina was super patient and showed me what I needed to do, and alternate methods that would work better for me.
Looking forward to seeing more progress with Bossa's behavior, and working further with Karina. I would definitely recommend it, I feel I have the tools to confidently take my dog on walks and will continually develop them.
Honestly, they are one of the best trainers, I've had. Very patient, and their techniques are so easy to remember unlike other trainers I've been to! I highly recommend working with Karina!
Karina from Bark Busters is a great professional. We were looking for a certified dog trainer that could deal with behavioral issues like aggression and after looking for months we found her! Her methods guided us not only with our problem but she showed us how to speak our dog’s language!! With only one session we were able to stop and correct our dogs aggression and other behaviors. We were and still are amazed by the training methods of Karina and Bark Busters and can’t wait for our next session!
It has only been one day since my first appointment with Karina and I am in disbelief at the change in my dog already. He is a rescue with protection and anxiety issues, so he has been aggressive with other dogs and people he is unfamiliar with. Karina came in and showed me how I needed to make him feel secure with me as his leader and correct some of the bad behavior. I think both myself and the dog are in shock at how quickly he adapted to these changes. I can't wait to see how he progresses as we work together with Karina and on our own.
Karina has helped me so much in the past few months that we've been working together! My dog Bailey bit a family friend and after that I saw a complete change in him. My once happy and friendly dog started to struggle with so much anxiety and fear aggression. He had a completely different personality and i felt so alone and stuck. With in our first session I learned so much about my dog and how he's thinking. Karina provided me with so much advice and tools to help my dog Bailey slowly but surely improve his fears and behavior. I switched his diet, exercise, and mental stimulation and he has improved a lot from when we first began. To say Karina has helped us is an understatement, she's changed our lives and helping my dog live an amazing, healthy life style. He still has a long ways to go but we wouldn't be here if I hadn't contacted Bark Busters.
Karina is an actual miracle worker and has literally changed our lives - I rescued my terrier mix Keeley at 9 months after she was found as a stray and she was very anxious and fearful and had no idea how to behave around other dogs so all she did was bark. Within a month with Karina's help Keeley is now way less anxious and loves her walks and even now makes friends with other dogs in the park! The techniques Karina taught me were not only easy to implement but also gave me the tools to understand what was causing the issue and how to fix it. We couldn't be more thankful to Karina and Barkbusters.
Keeley was even able to go to the groomers and not be anxious thanks to Karina!
When I tell you Karina changed my life, this is not an understatement. As the owner of two french bulldogs, one, in particular, my 6-year-old boy had shown signs of aggression and had bit my fiance and me on occasion. Frustrated, scared, and sad in our own space we were at the end of our rope and I came across Bark Busters.
Karina came in and immediately got started, in a caring, compassionate and authoritative matter she trained me to talk to my dogs and to command the respect that allows us all to live comfortably and enjoy our time together.
Karina left after our first visit and I cried. Actual tears. There was a relief, there was understanding and most importantly light at the end of the tunnel.
Knowing we have access to Bark Busters for life is the reassurance we needed. Both of my babies have thrived with the tools Karina has imposed on us. I will truly never be able to thank Karina and Bark Busters for their support and knowledge.
If you're feeling like you're defeated - don't give up on your babies. Invest in this. It truly works.
