Jef has been amazing. I am seeing such a big change in Silence! I am able to use my front door! Barking is getting under control and we are working on our walking confidence and behavior. Jeff's technique with Silence does not use any harsh treatments or punishments. He has simply taught me to communicate I want an unwanted behavior to stop. I can't wait to see the continued improvement and both of us become confident enough to walk the entire neighborhood.
PermalinkThank you for the kind words! Silence is such a good dog and you did a great job of showing him the leadership he needed.
thanks
Jef

Hi Sharon - it’s Nettie. First I want to thank you sincerely for your time and talent yesterday in helping me with Harlee. Your patience and wisdom was amazing and much appreciated. Even when you think you’re an experienced dog owner you meet a pooch with special needs and you helped us get through to him in a kind and meaningful way to overcome his fears. Also - BTW we made it upstairs and downstairs last evening/ morning and we both had the best night of sleep in months. Thank you again from Harlee and me

Bark Busters has been a game changer for our Keith! We, self admittedly, let Keith run the house - I mean, with a face like that, can you blame us?! As our puppy grew up, there were more instances of behavior that was unbecoming of a gentleman. I had a dog growing up who snipped at people and it got to a point where my mom “took the dog to the farm” and I was going to make certain that did NOT happen with Keith. From session 1, he’s a completely different pup and it’s been made easy with Ryanne’s help. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We can't thank Greg enough for the incredible work he's done with our two female huskies, Luna and Nova. We were struggling with some serious sibling rivalry and Nova's possessiveness and resource guarding, which was becoming a real challenge not just with Luna, but with our family as well. Multiple dog trainers recommended rehoming Nova. Things were getting worse, until Greg stepped in. From the very first session, he had a clear plan and approach that made a huge difference. His calm and patient methods helped Nova feel more secure and reduced the guarding behavior, and her interactions with her sister Luna improved greatly. Our home is finally becoming peaceful again, and we’ve seen remarkable changes in both of our dogs. Greg is amazing at what he does, and we’re beyond grateful for his help! Highly recommend!

Pam is the best! I have a rescued miniature golden-doodle that, unfortunately, was neglected for her first year. Pam has come in to help me do basic training, such as come, sit, stay, as well as how to approach Coco’s fear of the world. Pam is amazing at working around schedules and understanding a busy lifestyle. She gives you tips and tricks as well as suggestions that are extremely doable, even if you are busy. More importantly…. she knows dogs-all breeds.
PermalinkSince I started with Bark Busters aka Pam, Coco’s confidence has skyrocketed! We are still working on things everyday but coming from hiding in a different room to coming up and smelling strangers/greeting them at the door I think is a huge leap in the short time we have worked with Pam. Coco’s posture, demeanor, and general happiness have all improved and it simply boils down to Pam.
About a month or so ago I moved to a new house. As you can imagine, Coco had some adjusting to do. Fence was an issue and being busy with the move/work made it hard to stay up on training (my fault). Coco started misbehaving such as not coming when called from outside or jetting out the door every once in awhile wanting to play. I told Pam and she was on it. She explained dog to me in human language and helped develop a new approach to get her back on track. We just started these new techniques last week, but they do seem to be starting to make a difference.
I would 100% recommend Pam to ANYONE for training. Whether you need basic training help, advanced help, or anywhere in between-she is your gal. If you are concerned with the price, don’t be! Initially I thought price was high, but after working with Pam I feel as if I already have gotten what I paid for. I’m only a few months in by the way, and this program can be for as long as you want/need if you follow the process. Call her today, you won’t regret and neither will your man’s best friend.

At the time we called Scott, we thought we'd lost control of Boris, who was so extremely aggressive we were not sure how we could go on. All that is changed now. Boris is SO much better, calmer and just as energetic and loving as ever. I can not overstate how much we owe Scott for his amazing work. We had tried several other techniques and methods over the years and we thought it was a lost cause. Scott really saved us.

I recently adopted an older Labrador Retriever who is sweet as the day is long, but initially a bit of a challenge. I can impart basic manners, but this dog liked my elderly cat for all the wrong reasons, and he quickly developed a taste for counter-surfing. His inclination outdoors, was to put his nose down and follow it. I felt pretty overwhelmed and wondered for a while if I would even keep the dog. Then I connected with Bonnie and everything turned around. She assessed our situation quickly and accurately, and she gave intuitive, positive, and non-coercive methods that worked VERY well for us. She took the time to explain reasons behind behaviors and training options. She was readily available for consult, advice and support. Her input and training are the reasons why I now have a dog who is manageable, pleasant to be around, stays off the counter and table, and finds the cat downright boring. I highly recommend reaching out to Bonnie if you and your canine buddy need some help getting everyone to a more comfortable place.
