Our trainer Justine has been incredibly helpful. As a family with a baby, we were worried that our dog Desmond would not be manageable while being so busy. Justine helped show us not only where we need to start, but how we can implement these corrections into our every day lives. Justine has been communicative and supportive in every way we could ask, and with the in home trainings we have had there has already been huge improvement. The support and coaching Justine has given us to help our dog has been invaluable, especially for a family who was on the verge of giving up. Thank you Justine for everything you have done, and I highly recommend anyone who feels like their dog is a lost cause to reach out to Justine, who will quickly show you it is not impossible!

Justine has beyond exceeded our expectations with her training expertise in canine behavioral control. My husband and I sought out dog training with concerns of what we believed were our dog's aggressive tendencies. We scheduled our first meeting. By the end of our meeting Justine had taught us the information we needed to understand our dog's behaviors, guided us through routines to control those behaviors, and left us feeling confident in our abilities to understand and support our dog. By his second training we have seen huge amounts of growth in our dog and ourselves. We cannot wait to continue this journey. The fact that we have support from her and Bark Busters throughout the rest of our boy Desmond's life is priceless. We could not recommend Justine enough - she not only effective teacher but a passionate one. If you believe you cannot handle your dog and are considering rehoming seek out Justine with Bark Busters first! They worked with our schedules and payments ensuring us that their mission is saving dogs.

We worked with Jared in Minneapolis. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and easy to schedule with. We are very impressed by the program, and it has helped tremendously with our dog, Chip's (black lab mix) leash and dog reactivity and excessive barking inside the apartment. We look forward to continuing to help our dog be less anxious around other dogs. We are Bark Busters for life! Carson and Evan

I had no idea what to expect, but after our first session with Scott, we already have practical advice to implement with Nova - and I am able to enjoy living in my house again without an anxious dog that is constantly underfoot! Looking forward to learning more at our next sessions!

Thank goodness for Randy, or Burke may have ended up back at the shelter. I live in an apartment, and the neighbors were complaining about the incessant barking. Burke's separation anxiety and anxiety in general was off the charts. Thanks to Randy's methods, Burke is much calmer and can stay at home happily by himself. I really liked that it didn't involve prong collars or anything harsh. 10/10!

Jared has a lot of experience with all kinds of dog behaviors, and in our case with the anxiety of small dogs. He taught us how to anticipate and calm down our Havanese (10lb!!!) when she's confronted with larger dogs. This is working well for us, she's better behaved in public already.

Theresa has been incredible with our anxious, smart, hyper-attentive puppy! We finally have some control over him, and he seems much more calm in general. She sat down and educated our whole family about how dogs think, how to read their body language, and how to redirect them. Our previous methods only worked at certain times and in certain ways. This is working all of the time! We sought out distractions and worked on how to stay focused. She follows up, she wants our success, and she is patient and understanding. I’m really grateful we have her as an asset in Tallahassee!

We gained lots of new information and got a refresher on previous training. We saw a dramatic change in both our dog's behavior very quickly after the tools we were given.

Scott at Bark Busters is incredible.
PermalinkI was blown away at how effective our first session was at correcting dominating and reactive behavior with my anxious 5-year-old cattle dog, Dallas.
No treats, shock callers, or clickers necessary! I’d recommend Scott and Bark Busters to anyone that needs assistance training their dogs

It only took day 1 to see a difference in our dogs. Patrick is the real deal. If you have been feeling lost or resentful towards your dogs like I have I strongly suggest Patrick with Bark Busters!
