Can’t recommend this enough. Tommy comes to your house and actually works with you to make your dog so much better. Gave us so many behavioral tips that have helped our dog become so much more comfortable with her living situation. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We got two male cocker spaniels just before Halloween of 2023. They are now 8 months old and to say the least over time they were barking and howling at any and every sound they heard both inside and outside of the house, day and night. We honestly were beginning to question if we were going to be able to keep them. The barking was starting to effect both of us-our work, sleep, and were even not getting along with each other or the puppies due to the stress. To say were at the end of our rope was exactly where we were. We both felt that we were not speaking the language of these two adorable, loving and highly intelligent puppies and they deserved more. After a lot of research I found Bark Busters In-Home Dog Training and Ben Miller. The training being done at home, without the use of treats, clickers, prong collars, etc., was a huge selling point. Our first session with Ben was two days ago and lasted for 3 hours. From the moment he arrived everything changed and for the first time in months I could feel my anxiety and stress levels dropping. The very easy techniques he taught us work and we can see that the puppies anxiety levels have gone down as well. They are not reacting to every sound they hear and if they do we can address it and it stops almost instantly. If you are at your wits end because your furry friend will not stop barking, or has other behavioral issues, etc., you owe it to yourself, spouse, children, and/or neighbors to contact Ben @ Bark Busters and reclaim the peace in your home. If the cost is holding you back, stop and do the math for what you would pay on an hourly basis for this type of support. Hands down this program is well worth the cost. In our case we cannot put a dollar amount on the first session and how it has brought a sense of peace back to our home.

By the second day Miles' problems improved by 85%-AMAZING!!!!!! Barking decreased by over 90%. Training on all aspects taught and rules that have been established has astonished me to no end (after 2 days). His Leashing pulling, a big problem we previously had, has dramatically been reduced (NO MORE PRONG COLLAR). I am extremely happy with my results after 2 days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Erin was so patient with me and my baby girls, I have a 1-1/2 yr and 2-1/2 year old rotweiller females who knew they were running the show, now I feel a little more in control of my girls in just a few days by putting her tips and training into practice! Highly recommended

Sarge was pretty good at learning what was acceptable. Marc was very informative explaining to us what to do in order to get Sarge to view us as the leaders, not him.

Jill was very reactive when on leash for other dogs. It was a constant struggle on walks. We met Amanda in the mid-afternoon and joined her Pack walk later in the evening. Jill was a transformed dog. There were ~10 dogs around, and she was focused on me and barely looked at another dog. Amanda helped me take my little mutt go from a crazy to calm in just a few hours. We will keep practicing her training instructions so that we continue to reinforce the improvements.

We saw immediate results in learning this new method. The parents need to understand their role and practisedaily reinforcements.

Mariah has been an absolute savior for our family, she taught us the skills and techniques to use with our rescue dog. It has been less than 48 from our first training session and our dog, Lettie, has been attentive, obedient, and calmer than we have ever seen. We look forward to our continued work through this program and are so appreciative of the support. Thank you so much!!!!

Hey there! So, let me tell you about this absolute wizard of a trainer named Damon over at Bark Busters. Last Thursday Damon came to visit me and my 7-month-old furball, Kaya, for our first training session. I was armed with skepticism and a plethora of chew toys. Fast forward just a week later, and I'm not only a believer, but I'm also considering nominating Damon for some kind of dog whisperer award.
PermalinkLet's talk results, shall we? Before Damon worked his magic, Kaya was giving my hands more love bites than a vampire in a blood bank. Seriously, I was starting to feel like a chew toy with legs. But lo and behold, after just one week of Damon's expert guidance, Kaya has suddenly realized that my fingers are not, in fact, chicken nuggets. It's been four whole days since I've had to pry her jaws off my hand, and let me tell you, it's like winning the lottery for pet parents.
But it's not just about the absence of teeth marks; it's about the whole package. Damon didn't just teach me how to teach Kaya not to chew on me like I'm made of bacon; he equipped me with the tools and know-how to communicate with her effectively. From understanding her body language to setting boundaries, Damon's insights have turned me into the alpha of our little pack (or at least, that's what I like to tell myself as Kaya zooms around the house).
So, if you're experiencing a case of puppy-induced chaos and you're in dire need of a canine whisperer, look no further than Damon at Bark Busters. Trust me, your hands (and your sanity) will thank you.
