I've had a great experience with Bark Busters so far. My dog is older, 11/12 years old, and was adopted a few years ago. Rescuing an older dog is wonderful, but I was nervous that his bad habits wouldn't be changed. Kurt helped me to learn how to be the leader in the home so my dominant dog would relax and let me take control. My dog has stopped his incessant barking, inability to relax while people are over, and his protectiveness of his "mom". Friends and family are finally able to come over without having to deal with an obnoxious dog! Kurt showed specific strategies to use to help my older pup know who's in charge. I also feel comfortable and at ease knowing that if something changes or a new behavior pops up, I have Kurt to call and help out whenever needed!

Right level of detail, and handouts really helpful for review. Immediately - Rowdy was much calmer and more settled after we stopped responding to his invitations for attention and began providing him attention on our terms. Phyllis is an excellent teacher. As good with owners as with the dog. We have made tremendous progress with Rowdy and its been fun/rewarding. Worth every penny.

My Veterinarian recommended Bark Busters to me for my Chocolate Labrador puppy. I was at my wits end with my growing 50 pound puppy's out-of-control behavior. After our first lesson with Barbara Gazley, I was given the tools to effectively control my puppy's behavior. It was money well spent to put me back in control of our household and not the pups!! I highly recommend Bark Busters to anyone that wants to train their pup without the use of violence or treats. Not only am I happier but my puppy is too.

Great insights to help us behave better. I would recommend Bark Busters and Kendra because she gave in-depth [explanations] and was very knowledgeable. Kendra was great! We had a good time.

Already got all the stuff for Bailey and we've been practicing. She's doing great!! Tomorrow will be a test when we have visitors! I am so pleased with the results!

My husband and I adopted a 6mo old Australian Shepherd and were so excited to welcome him to our family. But after a few really tough days we wondered what we had gotten ourselves into - we had a wild boy on our hands! After our first appointment with David it was like a light switch had been turned on, our dog listened, responded, and started behaving, and at each subsequent appointment we've learned more and more. Just a couple months later as we have a furry gentleman on a leash, can have friends over,have been able to vacation with our pup, and all ENJOY spending every day together!

Kathy and Betsy were my saviors! My 4year old chihuahua Baby had severe separation anxiety. She wouldn't tolerate anybody in the house except for my roommate and me. She barked incessantly for hours when guests came over, did not follow commands, and whined non-stop for attention and to be picked up. Since my training with Kathy and Betsy, Baby has done a complete 180. She sits on command, she maintains a calm demeanor when guests are around, she doesn't bark at every little noise, and when I sit on the couch, she calmly sits at my feet. She has become much more independent, entertaining herself more easily at times when I am doing chores around the house, instead of crying like she used to do in the past. Since the training, I have welcomed a new, 3 month old chihuahua girl, Fiona, into my home. Baby is the best big sister any dog could hope for. She has coached Fiona in the ways of life in our household, she plays with her, shares her food, and is just simply the best little girl a doggy mom could ask for. Kathy and Betsy were the best $$ I have ever spent! My friends no longer dread coming over to visit, and everyone has noticed the complete change in my dog. Thank you, Kathy and Betsy, I would be lost without your help! I highly recommend BarkBusters to anyone looking for help with their dog.
