Our puppy was not listening to anything we were saying whatsoever... we did all the reading and tried it all but we ultimately found out that the general tactics did not work. After a session with Derek, he was responding right away. We learned how to be better ourselves rather than expect unrealistic results from our young pup. With Derek, you learn how to address situations and to implement better behavior for the future - not just for your dog - but for you. We have a long ways to go, but definitely on the right track!!

A life-changing experience. John provided the most thorough, extensive lesson and training which had immediate effects on our puppy. John's patience, expertise and professionalism made the session productive and positive while training our dog. Derek and Lissette are amazing trainers. They have so much patience, they care so much. I have had other trainers in the past, they were not able to communicate to me the way I am able to communicate with my dogs now. They have the biggest hearts and so much knowledge about how a dog thinks and reacts.

Lissette and Derrick have been THE reason our pup has made improvements in behavior, nutrition and sleep. As brand new dog owners, we had no clue what we were doing. At the first visit we developed a plan of what we wanted to work on and learned skills that se day. Not only do they make the time to come to our home when needed, they are available for (sometimes) daily texting of questions, updates or clarifications and actually encourage the communication. One of the most important things they taught us in the process is that progress is 100% based on our commitment to doing the work. When we don't do our homework or are not consistent, it shows in his behavior. Then they come back and get us back on the right path again. This definitely an investment in our pup and it isn't cheap. Sometimes you get what you pay for, in the case of Bark Busters, you get so much more. They are worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Your dog will thank you!

Kevin is the best dog trainer I have ever had a pleasure to work with. His passion for dogs and life is crystal clear and his energetic energy can't help but make you smile and be happy!! He breaks down training steps so easily and doesn't continue on to the next until everyone 100% understands what to do and why. I learned so much during Kevin's visit that it felt like I was in school learning about the funnest topic and left the session feeling confident. Kevin never made me feel rushed during the session and was more than willing to come back in the future for follow ups, if necessary. It was so easy to schedule with Bark Busters and the price for two dogs was incredible and un beatable! Customer service on the phone was top notch and I was surprised that they work with you/PayPal for a payment plan, if needed. I also very much appreciated the fact that they train in your home and they do not train with treats or collars - just on building trust and security. I received a few "free" items during the session in order to set my pups up for success and was not expecting that. I would highly recommend Bark Busters and dog trainer Kevin!!
