Photo of Lilly It’s unbelievable what we witnessed on Day ONE!! Ryanne taught us how and why we need to speak dog. It’s day two and Lilly is responding very well to the training. I love that we didn’t have to use any treats. We just spoke dog and claimed our space. Our confidence is boosted and our home is so much more peaceful. Thanks so much Ryanne! The fact that we will have ongoing support is giving us peace of mind. I’ve attached a picture of Lilly in the green zone. ? ✌?

Pat Conn was extremely calm and patient during our training session. He explained every step well and in a way I understood.

We recently started working with Josh for both our dogs: a 10-year-old dog, Paisley, and a 12-year-old dog, Bailey.

Bailey struggled with aggression issues, which have worsened over time. With two young toddlers at home, this was terrifying. Paisley has had problems with anxiousness and separation anxiety. She also started having accidents inside the house, which was becoming a real issue for us.

Josh helped us meet both dogs' core needs, such as the right type of food, leadership, and interactions. He was patient and understanding, taking the time to answer all of our questions and teach us techniques to use at home. His background as a former teacher was incredibly helpful. He made concepts stick in our minds by relating them to simple, memorable classroom examples.

We were really impressed with Josh's approach to working with Bailey's aggression. He didn't use any harsh methods. He immediately helped us correct Bailey's behavior, where he kept barking and jumping up to steal our toddlers' food. Thanks to Josh's guidance, Bailey's behavior has improved significantly...instantly...almost magically.

We HIGHLY recommend Josh as a dog trainer. He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about the well-being of the dogs he works with. We are grateful for the progress we've made with both Bailey and Paisley, and we look forward to continuing our work with Josh in the future.

Photo of Bean We had an incredible experience- we quickly learned we were not setting up Bean for success and were quickly given the tools to help us all create a calm, safe, and fun environment.

    Trainer Note:
We had a really great session today working with Bean. We addressed potty training, crate training, and socialization. We also went over food refusal and threshold training. These are all the most important things for a puppy to learn before heading into the big world.

Photo of Giorgio After a couple bad fits with trainers, my husband and I were nervous nothing was going to work for our Giorgio. Our last resort was Bark Busters and we are so thankful! We’ve already learned so much about our dog and in one session have seen progress in some habits we thought impossible to break. Theresa has been great with educating us and taking the time to really understand our dog!

We’ll share more results as the weeks unfold, but I can report we saw results within five minutes! I’m dead serious. That’s all it took for the new homo sapien pack leaders to emerge. The very first exercise laid the ground work for everything that followed and the transformation was, and has been phenomenal. We’ve spent thousands of dollars on training over the last five years on our precious Darby to no avail - she just isn’t treat motivated. And that’s the point, she wasn’t looking for a treat, she wanted a pack leader. After the first session she now walks on a loose leash for the first time ever. I can’t tell you what a relief that is. Instead of a “fur baby” we have a more balanced pet, which is as it should be. We’ll continue to reinforce the method and give a more thorough review later, but if this behavior continues it will be worth every penny. Thank you Lori - you were awesome!

    5 month update!
I can’t begin to relate how much improvement and progress we have seen in Darby since the first day Lori worked with her. It was such a relief to have a more responsive pet - one that would actually listen and react to our needs. But as we settled into the Bark Buster method we felt additional instruction was warranted to continue the improvement. Lori was very responsive and through that effort we were able to take Darby to the next level. To say I was skeptical of what Lori said we could achieve is a major understatement, but we did. I still can’t believe it. Darby has been the most challenging pet we have ever had, but also the most endearing. The training has resulted in an even more loyal and loving relationship and for that we are eternally grateful.
If you need some guidance for your pet and are unsure who to call, look no further. Bark Busters/Lori Carr worked for us like no other.

Evan is a great help with our new rescue Dusty. There is a huge difference after our first session. Evan gave us easy and effective tools to correct unwanted behaviors. Everything is much better and we're looking forward to our next visit. The in home training is great.
