Everything was addressed so well. He took the time to listen and learn before even starting with our dogs. The training is gentle and effective and seems like it will affect long term behavior really positively. We are so happy!!

Trainer Note:
Really great session today! We addressed Zo's door manners and barking. We also setup a plan for Elle as she is a puppy and needs good structure and basics. Today we addressed a lot of these issues as well. Elle picked up very fast and moving forward she will continue in the right direction now that Cathy has the knowledge.

Rob was very professional and took a lot of time explaining the challenges of training a puppy and provided several written documents of tips as well as a prepared schedule to get the puppy on a routine. Implementing that routine has really helped both us and the dog to manage expectations and have more patience.

Absolutely blown away. Rob did a fantastic job. He heard our concerns and worked with us with our new pup, Nika. Extremely non-judgmental and welcoming. Answered our million questions!

Marcel is a great puppy and will grow into a great dog! I am really looking forward to watching him grow! Andrea was really pleased today and now she has the tools. With her being consistent he will do well!

Barklee has turned to marking all over Jerry's home. This has been driving him crazy, but today was the first paw in the right direction. Now that Jerry has the tools and the knowledge, we will get Barklee on track!
