Henry was really great today with my dog! I was really surprised with how my pup responded during our first session. The methods he taught me were easy to practice and understand. He guided me though several exercises and left me with detail instruction/homework to continue working on! The best part is I had all of the tools I needed to now teach my dog and guide her. I know If contiue following Henrys instructions my pup will continue to improve!

Josh's passion for what he does comes through immediately when working with him. He helped us train our 3-month-old puppy. His knowledge is vast, in a few hours he covered everything we needed to know to be good pet parents including basic obedience, nutrition, socialization, how to control bad habits like biting and barking, and more. He can also provide all the tools you need (proper leash, collar, etc.) and useful handouts to help you remember everything you learned after he leaves. I would highly recommend Josh for all your dog training needs.

We decided to get a puppy 2 months before we our first baby's due date. After the first few days of having the puppy, we were on the fence to re-home our Golden Doodle puppy Rose. We didn't want to see her go, and we found Bark Busters Lake Norman with Diane and John. We decided to give training a shot to see if we could better help Rose. Diane and John came to our house and immediately we felt like there was hope for us and Rose. Diane and John helped us understand the different behaviors Rose was having and how to correct her bad behaviors. We felt much more confident in training Rose. We have called and texted Diane several times in between our visits and she always responses quickly with clarity and helpful information. I would 100% recommend the training program with Diane and John!! They are extremely helpful and personable! As well, the training program is affordable and great value! If you are on the fence of re-homing your puppy, give Diane and John a call and they will help you!

Great training session. Joshua addressed all of the concerns I had with training my puppy. I really appreciated the time he took to explain to me how the dog thinks and how my behaviors effect the dog.

Our trainer worked with us on issues we needed to address teaching us skills like, body language hand signals, voice commands. Our pup responded very well. Very specific training!

Wow! I wanted to wait a few days before leaving a review to see how things were going. I have to say that I am amazed. With a few relatively simple tools (that I am still learning how to use) so much has changed for the better in a very short time with the relationship between me and my dogs. Mostly I wanted them to stop barking and overreacting when they see other dogs on our walks, and their behavior has improved so much I can hardly believe it. They are generally more comfortable and settled and happier. I am able to correct their behavior when I can see them starting to tense up. Meanwhile, other issues that I probably should have been concerned about, but wasn't tuned into, are also improving. I have worked with other trainers and but not felt like their cues were easy to implement in the real world. I am so grateful to Laura. She clearly has the dogs' best interests at heart and was tactful with me about what I needed to do to change the dynamic with my dear dogs. I feel like we are really on the right path, now, and that means that we can do more things together and have more fun and less stress. Thank you Laura and BarkBusters! I just wish I had found you 18 months ago.

John was able to set my puppy up in the crate. Usually she cries, barks and howls but I was able to put her in the crate and she didn't make a sound. He is great with my dog and very knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of good feedback on correcting behavior. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Bark Busters has been so incredible for my dachshund puppy Jojo. Hanna has worked miracles with Jojo. She gave such incredible guidance and education and she has equipped me to handle all the puppy craziness. I always thought my dog was stubborn but after today's training session I realized that I am the one that needs to speak dog language not the opposite. So happy I am in tears.
