Everything was addressed so well. He took the time to listen and learn before even starting with our dogs. The training is gentle and effective and seems like it will affect long term behavior really positively. We are so happy!!

Really great session today! We addressed Zo's door manners and barking. We also setup a plan for Elle as she is a puppy and needs good structure and basics. Today we addressed a lot of these issues as well. Elle picked up very fast and moving forward she will continue in the right direction now that Cathy has the knowledge.

It's amazing how quickly things changed with 4 dogs in my home. Taking the leadership back from the smallest dog worked wonders for a more peaceful household! I'm also able to see more clearly who says yes to who!

Rob was very professional and took a lot of time explaining the challenges of training a puppy and provided several written documents of tips as well as a prepared schedule to get the puppy on a routine. Implementing that routine has really helped both us and the dog to manage expectations and have more patience.

Our important issues were addressed and resolved in the first session. We can't believe our dog responded so quickly. We will keep up what we were taught today. Looking forward to using what Robert taught us.

Very impressed with all the knowledge and info provided. It was super helpful with my dog's anxiety with people and cars. I have seen a noticeable improvement already with her behavior. I am excited to see her overcome her fears as we continue with the program.

Nyx is a very sweet but fearful dog. She has been really struggling to venture out around the Neiborhood and going walks. Today we were able to walk her and work through a lot of her fears! I am really looking forward to her progress over the coming weeks.

Night and Day. I only wish I had done this sooner! I had no idea how badly behaved my dogs really were until we moved here and had to live in an apartment for awhile. My dogs lurched and barked incessantly at EVERYONE all the time. Even the people outside when we were trying to have a quiet evening. In only 2 hours Diane and John trained US to work with our dogs differently. No treats or gimmicks. In just that time we saw a SIGNIFICANT change. Its been 2 days and we are running into neighbors when we walk them and no more barking or lurching even when they see other dogs! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Do not wait another minute with your dog ruling the roost. This is life changing, and good for the dogs too.

I was quickly amazed at how effective the training went. Two different dogs in attitude and age but they quickly became observant and learned the lessons presented to them.
