Trainer was upbeat and fun to work with. Our dog warmed up to him instantly and followed his lead like he was part of the family.

Frodo is an amazing puppy; he was very responsive during our first session. Now with Holly and Melissa being the leaders he will keep improving in a healthy environment.

Biscuit is an amazing pup! He has been struggling with separation anxiety. Today he responded very well! She had never seen him so calm in his play pen!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
If only I had a time machine… I would’ve consulted Michelle and James much sooner. If you are looking for honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable help with your dog’s behavior, this would be my recommendation. I look forward to working with Michelle again in the future.

Bean struggles with understanding personal space and anxiety on walks. We loved Masons' training with his fake dog and how to reclaim our space while on the couch. I am looking forward to doing our homework and seeing Bean's behavior improve even more!

Maril was a blessing for our family.
We have an unruly puppy.
When she left after our first visit we had a different Dog.
