VERY PLEASED! John was a great balance of calm, enthusiasm, and firm --- EXCELLENT! Incredibly easy --- and putting the techniques into immediate practice, while he was there, was especially helpful. Very, very informative, especially for me (as I needed just as much "training" as my dog.) Fun, too! It was as if I had a new (and improved) dog by the end of the evening! I already have [recommended Bark Busters] and I cannot stop raving about them to non-pet owners, as well.

I work at Kipling Veterinary Hospital. It was really a pleasure and a surprise learning how simple a dog sees things, especially after learning how complex their minds can be. I am really impressed with the knowledge I was given and look forward to further tools to teach my dog.

A lot to take in. I expect the training to take me a while and to become natural for me. Mary provided an extraordinary example. The training pillows are a useful tool for Jovi. There is so much to change. I don't have confidence yet, but I will continue to implement the new techniques. I have already recommended Bark Busters.

My boys were practically perfect angels! I love that I can talk to my dogs only using simple voice commands and am so happy I learned the right body language to reinforce and reward. I learned more about dogs in 15 minutes with Brian than the past 20 years! I would absolutely recommend Brian. All pet owners should gain this confidence and have these skills. Brian, thank you for helping our whole family to be happy!

By the end of the first week we felt like we almost had a new dog. Methods were very easy to learn & maintain and much more effective than any other techniques we've tried. We noticed a significant change (positive) in our dog right away, love that we can call / email with any questions or concerns in between lessons.

I work at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. Brian was very thorough and the techniques were easy to follow. I was shocked, surprised and so happy to see how quickly Shiner learned. The training experience was so much fun!
