Words cannot describe how different my life is after the training with Betty and Rachel! I never realized how much my dog dictated my life. My dog used to bark at every little thing, jump up on everyone, be reactive to people, pulled on leash, growled at children and was very frantic during storms. After going through the Bark Buster program, my dog is so much more obedient and pleasant to be around. He is still the loving and silly boy he always was but now I'm not embarrassed to have people over because he actually has manners! During storms he is not shaking and is way calmer after I reassure him. It was such a relief to find natural training that did not rely on treats or shocking! I don't know why I waited so long to get this training but I'm super grateful for it.

Reached out for assistance from Bark Buster’s regarding our recently acquired dog from the animal shelter.
PermalinkYesterday, Johnny arrived to train “us” on training our dog. He stayed with us longer than what was allocated, allowing us to work through some behavioral problems.
When he left, we felt confident in being the pack leaders to him with all the training tools he showed and gave us.
This morning, after a goodnight of sleep, our dog who was mentally drained from his training, was tested with the “boundary” and “leave” tools provided.
We were successful with the early results and could not be happier with our decision to use Bark Buster’s and Johnny.
With the continued training for our dog and follow up from Johnny, we feel confident moving forward that we will be better pet owners, and our dog will be happier knowing he is a part of our pack.

Amanda was absolutely amazing!! She was very informative and super patient with me and my dog and gave me a great structure on how to train my dog to not do certain things. From the beginning of our lesson to then end I was able to see a huge shift in my dogs behavior and the way he acted and it was amazing!! I wish I would’ve called sooner! So excited to see what else she brings and teaches me along the way!!

I highly recommend training with Bark Busters. Ryanne has helped us tremendously with our two year old dog. He was definitely acting as “leader of the pack” around our house. The methods Ryanne is teaching us to improve our dog’s behavior is so effective you won’t believe it until you try it.

Life changing! I contacted Bark Busters because I have two mini Golden Doodles (one, who is six and very well-behaved and one who is one and not so much). Initially, I had an in-depth phone consultation to share my issues and my goals for my dogs. Next, Ben came to my home and taught and explained many of the Bark Busters’ methods. He modeled them and walked me through each step, until I felt confident and was doing things correctly. After, he left, I immediately began practicing and applying the methods with my dogs- with IMMEDIATE results!!!! It was unbelievable to me.
PermalinkThe next day I took my dogs to visit my almost 80 year-old mom. That was another reason I wanted help, was so the dogs wouldn’t jump on her and bruise/cut her frail skin. No one likes to be jumped on by a dog, much less two. Anyway, I got to her house, and they both started toward her. I said the magic sound (that Ben had practiced with me) and both dogs stopped right away and walked away from her. Later, one of my mom’s friend’s visited and both dogs started to bark. Again, I said the magic sound and had to apply one additional method I was taught, and both dogs just sat down on either side of me. They sat there comfortably and didn’t bother my mom or her friend.
Since then, things have been awesome with both dogs. My dogs seem much calmer now. Ben, came again a few weeks later and taught me how to walk my dogs on a leash without them pulling me. He also provided wonderful advice/suggestions on my dogs’ nutrition, thunder anxiety for one and separation anxiety for the other. Knowing that Ben is just a phone call/text away brings me so much peace! Can’t thank him enough for all that he taught and practiced with me!

Amazing! I was in fear of being served a 7-day move out notice and was rescued by Jef and Bark Buster’s unique program. He is literally teaching an old dog lots of new tricks…. I’m the dog! He opened up his schedule for a quick appointment, he is professional, well spoken and very caring. My babies are much better behaved and all of our stress levels have gone way down in just one week! We work right inside my apartment with NO treats, NO clickers, NO waiting for a class opening. Jeff is a super hero!

Training was thorough and Karen was very knowledgeable. Our dog showed immediate changes upon using the training method. We have been using the method since and have seen a night and day difference.
