Pam is amazing!!! We are SO happy we found her through Bark Busters. Our boxer, Judge, responded to her immediately. Her expertise in training is evident the moment she walks in the door. Not only is she extremely good at what she does, she’s also easy to talk to, personable and down to earth! Her love for animals in general is apparent as you can feel the love she shares with your dog while training.

Scott came out with a class about 4 weeks ago. Prior to that visit I was at my wits end with a newly adopted dog, Tony. He was large, and had a lot of phobias. During the first visit I learned how to get Tony into the car. Scott showed me 3 times, and I was able to get Tony in the car the first visit! We worked on claiming my space and walking on a leash, respectfully matching my direction. I called Scott for a “tune up” and he exceeded my expectations … again. Worth the money, 100%. Scott, thank you. I now have a well behaved dog. Actually, the most well trained dog I have ever owned. Tony is in his forever home. Thanks to you. ❤️

In the first training session we learnt how to communicate with our dog and correct barking, charging the door when company arrives, and how to establish behavior control. We used the technique effectively to correct misbehavior.

Michael O’Leary from BarkBusters came to our home for a revisit/retraining session. It had been over a year since we started working with Michael. We have a 9 ish year old American Eskimo mix named Levi. We just adopted him about a year and a half ago. He had many issues but mostly we need help with aggression toward not only my husband but people and other dogs in general. He has come a long way, but we have had an escalation of barking at the front door, side door and yes, the back door. When Michael arrived at the front door, Levi was his true self. He was barking, jumping in the window sill and at one point growling. I tried all of my tricks, but it actually turned into quite a circus. Me trying to claim the space and him running around and avoiding me and my existence. Finally, I got a leash on him and brought him to his bed. I felt very defeated.
PermalinkMichael was very good at helping and reminding us that we needed to take back control. After about an hour of instructions and demonstrations and trial runs we feel back in control. Towards the end of our session and I was feeling confident about how to deal with claiming my space a neighbor just happened to knock at the door. I used the methods taught to us in the last hour and Levi stopped barking and immediately went and laid down in the other room. Exactly what I wanted him to do. The difference between when Michael arrived and when he left was NIGHT AND DAY. Amazing!! I highly recommend Michael O’Leary at Barkbusters.

Jodie was knowledgeable and thorough. I learned so much about puppy training in just a couple hours in our first session. I feel great about my decision to invest in the lifetime guarantee program after meeting Jodie and already seeing results that will help our young family have a beautifully trained dog.

Holly is amazing! Who knew that 1 word could be so life changing. Our home is much quieter! And I’m not frustrated with my dog everyday! I’m happy with the progress we’ve made. And it’s only been 3 days!

I highly recommend Bark Busters. Omar came to my home this morning and thoroughly trained me how to respond to my dogs. I have seen nothing but, great results since he left. This training really works! I would give them a 100 stars if I could. I love how they train you to command the dogs where the dogs understand with no treats and shock/bark collars! So WORTH the investment!

Ben was wonderful with our 7 month old Shih Tzu Mina. Before we met Ben her barking was off the charts! Ben gave us the tools we needed to correct her behavior and helped us set boundaries. He also explained why some of the things we were doing were actually reinforcing her “barky” behavior (we had no clue!). Mina has always been a sweet and happy dog….but now she’s a sweet, happy, and QUIET dog. We are simply in awe. Thank you Bark Busters!
