Michelle is absolutely amazing! She came in and helped me out with so much when it comes to my new doberman puppy Xena, even accompanying me to Petsmart to find a solution to Xena's new "trick" of climbing out of her pen.
PermalinkPrior to the appointment I had addressed some concerning stories I had read on Bark Busters through online groups and she reassured me they were NOT the way she does business, and it showed in the first minute of her meeting my dogs. We have a long way to go, but I know that with Michelle's help, Xena is going to be a great companion!

Our experience was very informative and educational. The trainer went over all of our concerns. He addressed the individual concerns as many times as we needed in order to understand the information.

Chris was incredibly kind and genuine, he gave us lots of practical tips to use with our dogs. We’ve seen significant improvement in their behavior. Especially helpful was the ongoing support Chris provided in between lessons.

Chris is super communicative and just what Mason needed as a trainer. Mason is a very reactive Corgi that barks at anything and nothing at the same time. Chris has given me a lot of tools to build a stronger relationship with Mason and ensure that we can effectively communicate with each other.

The training may feel odd at first, but is is so effective. My dog has separation anxiety and is reactive towards/distrusting of other dogs and people. After just one session Rookie was already a bit calmer, his demeanor has changed already. There’s a lot of consistent work for us to do, but for the first time since we got him, I finally have hope. And Sarah (the BB trainer in my area) is amazing, kind, and so easy to talk to. It’s worth the investment.

I must admit, I was a bit nervous about the training. But my husband & I were so happy with the outcome. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations. I have a much better understanding of how my dogs communicate. The training is worth every penny.
