I'm honestly not sure why It's taken this long for me to write a review for Adam. Adam is a gentle giant and sooo good with pups! I've had 2 dogs y train with him and they've both really loved Adam. Adam is so knowledgeable about different problem areas (one of my dogs was reactive on leash and the other had separation anxiety). He knew how to work through both problems and is always quick to respond to my texts. Admittedly, I panic quite easily and always text Adam when I'm freaking out about my dog's behavior - he always calms me down and is very patient with me which I'm so grateful for. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is having issues with their pup - you'll leave with a great trainer and a great friend :)

Thank heavens for Marc. I was ready to give my dog to a rescue -- he was 85 pounds and was knocking people down. He was very aggressive to both strangers and other dogs. In the first lesson (yes I said first), Peter was much calmer and continues to improve. I know it's going to get better and better because Marc will help me for the life of the dog.

Todd is a wonder to work with and very understanding. He took his time and worked on a few things with us to get us started. By the time he left we could already see a difference. Miss Butters is on her way to being a well mannered pup with the help of Todd. Because Butters is a puppy it will take us some time to work on everything but Todd has already setup his next visit and is only a text or phone call away should we need him before. I highly recommend his service. We are looking forward to the next few months working together with Todd and learning right along with Butters.
PermalinkI like that even with all the training Todd knows we still want her to be a puppy and do puppy things. That makes me feel much better with all the things we will be learning.

Connie is a great at training both my dog, Winnie, and me. I'm guessing you probably know if you've ever watched Caesar Milan, that you know that it's us humans who need training, not so much for the dogs. Trust me when I say, I need a lot of training! Connie is both personable and patient. She has a great sense of humor and really understands animals. One of the things I like best about Connie and Bar Buster's is the Positive Training as opposed to negative (shock, choke collars, etc.). Winnie and I have made a lot of progress, but still have a ways to go with training, but I'm sure with Connie's help we will get there. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Theresa has been amazing throughout this entire process. When we started training our dog Diva, she couldn’t relax at all and was aggressive towards everyone. After one session we were able to get her started on the road to being a much better behaved and well trained dog. Using nothing but positive and vocal commands we’ve been able to train Diva to do a number of things she hasn’t been able to do the entire time we’ve owned her. The biggest improvement though is Diva’s interactions towards people now. Before she would bark and snap constantly at them, now Diva will investigate the person and then calmly come lay down and relax with a complete stranger in the room. We can’t thank Theresa enough for the amazing job she has done and continues to do to this day.

Josh helped Ammo learn how to stop pulling and help stop him from eating rocks. He also showed us "place" where the dog stays in his bed will not get off unless he has permission. He is also learning boundaries.

I am forever thankful for all of Robert’s advices and trick, he taught me how to communicate with my dog and that’s the most important lesson anyone can teach. I learned that I can also understand and train my dog if I follow all Robert’s instructions. I can now have the best relationship with my pup. Thank you Bark Busters for all the hard work you put into this!

We just completed our first meeting/training session with Theresa and couldn't be happier with the experience. She is extremely knowledgable and we appreciated her calm and gentle techniques with a small dog. We can't believe how quickly Charlie is already responding to the these new techniques and it's only the first day. We are excited to start this new journey and highly recommend Theresa Nichols to anyone struggling with a challenging pup!
