What a great system for training Bark Busters has. We had an effective and fun 3 hours getting used to our new role as leader to our 4 month old Beagle, JR and Doxie mix puppy we had spontaneously aquired at the park. Adorable, but.....the most active, curious and mischievous dog I have ever owned. So thankful we found Sharon! She spent a few hours with us and what a difference. Not needing treats is a big plus, and rather becoming completely oriented to being the leader is an amazing and effective mindset for us. We all notice how he seems so satisfied and safe as he trots along behind or beside us as we walk him around our neighborhood. I can easily retrieve items he grabs thinking he can play with them. It's almost like magic as his jaw instantly opens as we visually connect (looking serious) as I remove it from his mouth. Potty training would be 100% if it wasn't for our not doing our part, and the playful biting is under control. I love the materials Sharon left with us along with her list of practice exercises. It has been so helpful to review. Watching Sharon skillfully bring out instant results with our puppy showed us this method totally works and in such a natural and healthy way for our him. We also feel great about knowing help is just a call or visit away, should anything else surface. Thank you Sharon.

Adrienne was exceptional! Our family learned so much, especially how to truly communicate with our dogs effectively. She was also incredibly patient and encouraging. Our dogs responded appropriately to her within the first 5 mins of knowing her. Even after she left our dogs are still responding to the training well. Adrienne knows her stuff!!! We look forward to gaining more wisdom as we navigate healthy lifestyles and behaviors for our pups! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Adrienne!!!

We are so happy and grateful for Michael for helping us train our Cavapoo Teddy. He models all of the exercises and explains why they help our dog and guided us through them. We both felt confident immediately in doing the exercises on our own! He has been responsive and is a wonderful resource and he truly cares about his clients and their dogs. He is warm, friendly, and puts his all into what he does. Do not hesitate to reach out and start training your dog with Michael! You will be so grateful that you did!

I first worked with Jared about a year ago and was really impressed with his calm, intuitive approach. Due to shoulder and foot surgeries, I had to take a break from training—but when I was ready to resume, I reached out to Jared again, and I’m so glad I did.
PermalinkAfter just one session last week, my dog is now showing no aggression toward other dogs—a huge change! Jared clearly understands both dogs and their people, and he gave me practical tools that were easy to use and made a noticeable difference right away.
One of the things I love about Bark Busters is that the training happens at home, in the dog’s familiar environment. It made the whole experience less stressful and more effective.
We still have some work to do (especially around cats!), but I’ll definitely be bringing Jared back. I highly recommend him.

Michael has really helped us with our pit lab rescue Orca. She was really reactive and we had no clue what we were doing. From the first session which was about 4 hours, he has helped us understand how dogs think, their needs, and how to effectively communicate. There is homework to do and if you don't do it, you won't see results. Our dog hated her crate, now she just hangs out in it with the door open. After the first week we were amazed. She does better on walks and in the home. We have work to do but having patience. We have had several sessions and we have seen some very good results. Michael has a passionate and loving way with dogs and we will continue to use him to see more progress. We have learned a lot TY Michael!!

Joshua interviewed us extensively, listened and addressed our concerns. he's extensive knowledge and the way he demonstrated the techniques was highly affective with our much loved, but out of control Mojo. In reality it is training us. Looking forward to a happy life.
